  2. Terrible communication from “Head Designer” Jeannie! She started out amazing and slowly as things went on she fell apart.. been weeks since I’ve heard from her.

    $20,000 kitchen renovation and it’s a total mess.. absolutely RUINED the experience of getting a brand new kitchen!!

    They don’t follow up, they measured wrong, cabinets are dinged up, ohhhh and my counter tops and sink are coming 6 weeks after the cabinet install…… and I find this out on the actual Install Day. Really glad I had my fully functioning kitchen ripped out.. THANKS HOME DEPOT!

    Expecting a fully functioning kitchen? Not when you buy from this store. Try Lowe’s.

  3. I marked it down one star due to the most confusing checkout lines ever. Every time it’s like this. I dislike self checkout because most people struggle using it. There were no other lanes even open. I had a store pickup and needed 1 item. I had to wait in long lines for both. Aside from the checkout process, everything else is great!

  4. Ordered items twice and store abritrarily cancelled. On the second order they left 1 small ($8.50) item to pickup, which would be a waste of time. They REFUSED TO REIMBURSE me. I sat on hold for 30 minutes and the onlne rep needed to call the store (more time) then this! AWEFUL STORE THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS.

  5. Not very nice to vets. Lowes gives us a 10 percent discounts on almost everything. Not Home Depot.

    I rated this location a 3 because I have had to visit it four times to pick up one specific type of wood that only this Home Depot carries. Over the course of a month I have gone to this location and I have made it clear they need to refill a bin and they’ve even told me that that lumber was in stock when I arrived today once again the bin was empty however there was a young man in the lumber department that went out of his way to get me the materials and if it wasn’t for him I would not have given this rating a three it would have been much lower. I find that many of the people they have on staff are very young and very inexperienced and do not go out of their way to help at this location.

    I was met with excellent costumer service by Eric today! I’m doing a complete bedroom makeover and expressed my ideas to him. He patiently helped me find everything I needed and made some great suggestions as well! Upon walking in, I was greeted by a nice lady as well. I feel great about going back for more business.

    customer service is always top notch – but has anyone else noticed their plants – perennials and annuals – are severely in need of care? unless i get there the day of delivery what’s left the next day or two are dry, wilted, dead plants… no one takes care of them after they’re delivered

    Great Home Depot. Its always clean when im in there. Everyone is always nice and helpful. Definitely better then some of the other Home Depots in town.
