  1. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You never have to worry about wandering around to look for what you need-there is always someone there to help! The manager Paul is innovative, hard working, kind and really invested in putting this store in the middle of the community. Great Place~

  2. Walked in and was greeted right away by Ben. I was looking for a specific size bolt and screw. I gave him the sample I had, and he began looking for it in hardware. Eventually got the help of another employee, Paul. Both were so helpful and patient in attempting to find what I was looking for. After looking a short while, success. Found a type that would work for what I needed. These 2 had terrific personalities and they never made me feel like it was a bother to find the bolt I was looking for. Ben even checked to see if I needed assistance getting to my car (I didn’t) as I now walk with a cane and the parking lot was a bit icy. I really appreciated that gesture. High Five to Ben and Paul!

  3. Called about a smoke tube and Ashley looked up what they had, checked in the aisle to make sure it was in stock and even asked me if I wanted her to hold it for me. It was ready for me at the checkout when I got there. Exceptional customer service

  4. This past summer we refinished out front yard and we came ACE for everything we needed. I wasn’t sure where to even start, so I went to the garden section and that’s when we met Mrs. Holly Saunders!!! Holly is an awesome and knowledgeable employee, she was so helpful and she actually knew what she was talking about. She was just as excited as we were about the project. The yard turned out better then we could have imagined, and we owe It all to Holly!!!! I highly recommend this ACE hardware, it’s the best in town.. If your doing any kind of yard work or gardening, I seriously recommend you go and talk to Holly right away. Holly will get you everything you will need and answer any questions. I strongly recommend this ACE because it truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks!!!!

    If I could give a 0 review I would. I was treated with such disrespect in this Ace. The front door greeter Keith asked me why I was there as though I should not have been there. Then he follows me and no one else in that store. When I asked him if he was following me, he asked me if he should be? He became combative and said now I will follow you. At this point feeling threatened and Keith becoming more aggressive, I thought the best thing to do was leave. I am Hispanic and he did not follow any of the other 5 non Hispanic customers that came in right before or right after me. It was so uncomfortable. I have shopped there many times but this will be my last visit. I’ve never felt racially profiled in this Ace until today. Incredibly disappointed. I did get a response from the owner but in doing some research it looks like Keith is the basis for many complaints in the last year and he was the one that was greeting that day and became aggressive with me Keith has treated others the same way I was treated. I would have hoped after multiple reviews this would have been addressed but it continues to happen. At this point I cannot expect much to change at this and any other Aces that may be under the same ownership. After a year of people stating that Keith is a problem and he continues to be the greeter of the store this problem will continue to happen. Beware of Keith in the store.

    Drove to this store on icy roads to pick up a new grill. As I pulled in to the parking lot I spun out and decided to have a little fun to save face. After I parked and exited the vehicle the man shoveling the entryway informed me that he did not approve of me swinging the rear end of my car back around. After I tried to explain that I spun out first and then chose to have a little fun in the COMPLETELY EMPTY parking lot he told me to take my driving somewhere else. So I got back in my car and spent $1200 dollars on a new Weber smart grill at The Home Depot. Ended up spending less there for a better grill.

    This store is my absolute favorite. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I’ve been shopping here for more than 2 years and don’t have a bad experience to speak of. If they don’t have the item you’re looking for, they find it and get it in for you. Spectacular team with exceptional management.

    LOL at Helpful hardware folks. There has never been a paint guy on duty when we stop by. We always have to stop by a second time, today I stopped a second time just to find out the only guy that knows how to do paint was at lunch. Finally got some help from the manager and got the paint I needed, but it’s getting pretty ridiculous.

    Staff are disengaged and borderline rude when they seem to actively avoid you. Had to wade through about 5 employees standing around narrow entry aisle with not a smile on any face and no recognition of my presence. Will NEVER return and will tell anyone that will listen not to go either!!
