Doesn’t greet or asks for how he can help. I greeted him and asked him if there were any deals for the Thanksgiving. My interest to continue talking have been completely wiped out by this guys behavior. I didn’t looked cheap at all, like somebody off the roads to expect such a response or perhaps since I am a colored guy he holds something against dark skinned people. By all means I would have taken up a phone but his attitude was horrible. I felt very much neglected and mis treated at this store. Customer care is a great talent and will win business. I have seen other reviews after visiting the store today and observed that others complaining neglect because of their ethnicity. Verizon, you failed miserably in providing the basic customer service. Shame on you. You better get your employees trained and start respecting your customers. This is your bread and butter. Remember, we can go and buy phone from other providers too. And thousands with self respect like me can also avoid Verizon. They are only there for the money and not the customer. The lady there, Monique will be nice to you when you walk in to make a purchase but if you have any reason to go back for an issue, you will be treated very badly. They are fraudulent! Misled me and overcharged me for a device! I tried to return the device 10 days later but they refused even though it was within the 30 days return period as per their policy. Very bad customer service..so dissapointed..i waited there from 6 pm to 8.30 pm…still they could not process the purchase…why dont u train your employees properly….well I came there again this morning…waited 30 more mins…no luck..looks like they dont care about their customers at all…i am not able to recieve device which I have been already paid…i will make sure we switch to other provider ASAP

New to verizon and Have had issues since my fiancé and I signed the contract. Lexi, the new store manager at the little elm location was beyond knowledgeable and gave us information that 2-3 other locations never mentioned. Even in the hour after visiting Lexi, service is already working better. And all she did was mess with some of the cellular settings. She has a great attitude and is very helpful. We will definitely only be going to this location for any need while with Verizon. Thank you for all your help in such a short time Lexi!
