  Mixed Emotions here. While I love my stylist I cant help but notice my $11.99 haircut has now gone up to $19.99 in less than 3 years. Now I can go just about anywhere for that price and I feel like the franchise is price gouging. And I don’t want to hear the inflation BS. Labor prices have stabilized and materials still cost about the same. Bottom line I don’t think I will return. Not because $20 is to much for a haircut because, I feel the company is taking advantage of its customers.

  Usually when I stop by I have no problems. But my most recent visit did not turn out the same. I have a real simply haircut, bald fade with 1 1/2 on top, the lady that was to cut my hair seemed new. She read the instructions from my last cut and I even explained to her exaclty what I wanted. A little in to the cut I realized she wasnt sure of it, had different gaurds out than what it should have been. I stopped her and told he again what I wanted. She referred to the instructions on the ticket and said the way I explained made more sense. My haircut is just with clippers and guards, she was using water and scissors. I pointed out that another stylist directly behind me was cutting someones hair pretty identical to what mine should look like. She than grabbed a 1/2 guard instead of the 1 1/2 guard and started to cut the top from the back. Realizing instantly she messed up, the look on her face, I told her there wasnt much you could do to fix it. Just cut it all the same length. So she did, apoligizing the whole time. I knew it was going to be messed up but asked her if it looked good. She said yes. I paid and gave her a tip. All the fault is not placed on the stylist, fault is placed on the management. I had to fix my hair myself because of the long hair spots and stragglers left on my head. I took picture to bring to managemnets attention. Called next day because no manager was there at the time. I was told both managers, thats right 2 managers, would be there the next day. After speaking to manager she made it clear they dont give refunds, they offer to fix hair but understand that I had to fix myself. The stylist was new, she was cutting and no manager on site to help or check on her. There isnt much fix on a 1/2 guard anyway, that is really short. Told me they would talk with owners but havent heard back. I dont entend to return, if I ever choose to I will make sure to ask if the stylist knows how to do the cut prior to sitting.

  Honestly, best haircut I’ve had in a really long time. I normally don’t write reviews, but the manager at this great clips is absolutely amazing! We just moved to Texas, and I needed a trim and so badly did not want to wait to get into a pricier salon. I thought I’d give this great clips a try. The lady who cut my hair was awesome; she wasn’t super familiar with the specific haircut I asked for, so she made sure to ask her manager how she would do the cut. Anyways, the two of them did an amazing job. Lydia, the manager there, gave me the best cut I’ve had in a long time; will definitely be back as long as she’s working there!

  Got a haircut and beard trim from Exia. Not only did she do a great job, but she explained all options well and gave me many chances throughout the haircut to make sure it was going well and if I’d like to change anything. She even stayed late just to make sure the job was done completely and correctly. I would definitely visit again.

  I went in for a quick cut. After chatting for a few minutes, the stylist finally asked what I was looking for. I told her I’d like a trim and to thin it out towards the bottom. She went on to trim it, but made no effort to thin it. She said my hair was just frizzy because I am from out of state and my hair hadn’t acclimated to the humidity and that it had previously been colored. I have had my hair colored for years and I have lived in high humidity, I can tell why my hair is frizzy vs needing thinned out a little.

  Walked in and got a haircut pretty darn quick earlier today. BRITTANY was amazing an the staff was accommodating. She heard me out on my concerns and adjusted. Overall atmosphere was laid back.   This Great Clips always has the friendliest staff. I’ve been to other locations in town but none are as consistently friendly and none give me a consistently good haircut like this location. As with any location, I highly recommend downloading the Great Clips app and checking in prior to your arrival. Even though the wait time is normally minimal (20 minutes or less), checking in with the app makes the entire trip so much faster and easier.

  Call us and told us they had us ready for a haircut. They cut one of my kids hair and then made the other one wait over an hour to get his hair cut. We will not come back to this location. My dad has also said they have messed his hair up the last couple times he has came here. He will not use this location again. Went from a 5 star to a 1 in a years time. We didn’t mind waiting it was the fact they called us and told us they were ready for us only to make us wait an hour.
