in the last weekI have had an account with this facility for years. Since Zips has taken over I have rarely had a car wash where something wasn’t broken in the tunnel, resulting in limited service or functionality. Latest issue is a broken pump which prevents them from using pressure washer to do prep before entering because they are using the same pump for both the pressure washer and the tunnel. The tunnel will have insufficient pressure for cars running through the tunnel if the attendant uses the sprayer to hit the bugs on my car. We have 2 new car washes within a 5 mile radius Ave I’m thinking seriously about switching.6 months agoZips is the best car wash in town, hands down!!!!! I come here every time! It’s got free vacuums & multiple car washes that range from $10-$35 and they consist of washing and drying, wheels & wax and works& wow.. which is liquid glass, clear protectant, rain repel, waxing, triple foam, tire shine and then again you’re basic wash with the power dry.
Adam an employee that works here has amazing customer service skills! He is a people person and makes me smile every time! I would refer this car wash to anyone that is needing any kind of car cleaning!!!in the last weekLike that car wash has towel and spray bottles to use. Vacuums are hit or miss. Car wash left a film all over the right side of my car last time. It never washes all of the back so I’m left with a dirty strip down the middle. The tire shine on the right side hasn’t worked in months. There are tree limbs hanging down on the driveway to the wash that scratch the side of cars. I alerted an employee of it a month ago, but they still haven’t been trimmed.a week agoWas a fan of this car wash before they went cashless. Even had a membership. However, they continue to have issues with their pay machines and I was charged at one point even though I had a membership no one could explain why and couldn’t give me a refund. No one to guide you’re tires when you’re pulling in so be careful if you can’t see, you might just damage your car.in the last weekThe wash quality has always been bad, but I would come here for the employees. It has gone downhill since new management came in. I moved my membership down the street to take 5. Got signed up quick and it was only $.99.

4 weeks agoI washed my car today and it was good. They cleaned my car prior to the automatic wash. The price is comparable too. I always get paying 5 for 4:-) I think that works better for me than the monthly membership. Overall is good.a month agoService was good, my general complaint is in regards to the fact that you can’t cancel the membership through the online portal but must speak with a manager instead hoops to jump through to cancel your membership and it charges your card account EVERY SINGLE DAY to try to collect the membership fees making it likely that you will accidentally pay membership before you are able to speak to a person to get it cancelled. It almost feels deliberate when they also do not answer phone calls.
They certainly make it easier to just want to wash my own car.a month agoMy car was damaged here several months ago by a disgruntled employee trying to fold my mirror that does not fold. He denied doing it despite the fact that it was done on camera. After several trips to the location, phone calls, trips to the dealership and doing without my vehicle for several days I was able to get it fixed. Now four months later they have still not canceled my membership and continue to charge my card. They continue even after I have been assured that the issue was handled and that the money would be refunded to me. Last week I was told yet again that it was taken care of and if by next week, which is today, that I would receive a refund in cash if it wasn’t. Today I was told that their policy doesn’t allow for that and they have no cash besides. Charging people for canceled services that were not provided amounts to theft. It’s almost as though they figure you will get tired of dealing with it and continue to pay regardless. Don’t waste your time with the online portal. I’ve tried that, by phone and in person. Nothing works. The people you talk to you act as though there is nothing they can do to help you. I gave the one star because zero stars was not an available option. UPDATE!!! After reviewing other reviews it seems like the situation I’m in is not uncommon. Others are having the same exact issue. The Better Business Bureau is even unable to contact these people. Maybe they feel like this is what customers deserve and no explanation is deserved or even necessary.a month agoI stopped by on a whim of sorts, and took advantage of the vacuums after the exterior wash.Unfortunately, one of the vac hoses was very weak, but because of my knowledge and experience, I quickly switched to the passenger side hose and was able to complete my mission.
Aside from the hose anomaly, you guys still rock!

5 months agoUpdate. Went today 2/5/23. Pulled around after paying. Got to the entrance and two people inside bay area power washing the floor. Guy on the right just looked at me and turned away. Then he looked at the person on the left but didn’t say anything to them as they had their back turned. Waited a few more seconds and he finally signaled for me to enter tracks. I bought the $20 managers special but didn’t get the pre-wash as they normally do. Usually they spray the grill, spray the windshield and scrub it. Not this time. I know the world has changed and is changing even more and seems like very little people are happy about providing good customer service anymore. Shame.

First two gentlemen came and told me about the Pro 5 auto detailing and I used and loved that service. They were so friendly and answered all my questions. Then Quincy helped me sign into the car wash. She was awesome. I was getting the Pro 5 Plus and she let me know that I could purchase a one month unlimited membership, of which I did. Quincy was so nice and helpful (great customer service) she answered all my questions. She soaped up all sides of my car. I wish all 3 of the employees could get some kind of recognition for their great customer service. The only negative I have is that after spending $25 for the Pro 5 Plus I expect for my car and tires to be thoroughly cleaned yet I still had bug smears on my front bumper and tires not cleaned.
Great customer service. Wash actually got all the red dirt off my Jeep first run through. I now have a membership so I can go multiple times a week.
I am very disappointed with the 20$ car was I did today. I opted to not get a receipt because there was a young man helping me. The whole top of my car including hood and trunk, windshield and back window have dirty streaks on them from the wash plus my windows are still dirty. Will not be going back.
I love this car wash they always do a great job! I’m definitely getting the membership for this coming summer. Their vacuums stay well maintained, and does a great job getting all the dirt suctioned up. Great customer service and everyone has a great attitude and was delighted to help.
Excellent service. I finally stopped procrastinating thoroughly cleaning my car and stopped here. They had a deal to buy one Pro 5 wash for $20, get one free. The basic was is $10 so this was a pretty good deal. After having the car washed, I stopped to vacuum and clean it up. I was pleasantly surprised they provide clean towels, glass cleaner, and multipurpose cleaner. I had brought my own, so I was very happy about this bonus! Plus they have air fresheners! I spent about 3 hours cleaning my car and they were fine with it & helpful. Will be back.
