3 months agoBigger dude running the car wash tried to get rude after I told him to hold up and don’t start it yet because I had to put my Tesla in car wash mode and he started it anyways and told the other car or another worker “I don’t know what he’s doing No Communication” and I rolled my window down and I said you heard what I said wait until this car wash mode enables that’s the communication activated right after I said that smooth car wash after but I don’t do them slick comments.3 months agoWow Sara made my process so simple to sign up today. The wash itself was great and my car came out super clean. The vacuums have improved substantially and the towels smell amazing. 3 months agoMy vehicle was soaked when it came out and the tire dressing might have been applied to 1/4-1/2 of the tire’s surface. I just wasted $5 dollars on the wheel treatment. They look worse than they did when I got there. This is EXACTLY why I canceled my subscription. These washes USED TO BE great, now, not even decent.a month agoWell one thing great is the short lines, but most of all they now have a lady that is so polite and helpful. You’re the best!3 weeks agoI’ve used the Zips on Western and Middlebrook Pike a lot in the last 5 years because I pass one of them every day. I really like the car wash but I had the same experience as another user with the upsell. I was sold a monthly membership that would be $10 a month. I signed onto the website to review the details because I was skeptical that the attendant had been honest about membership. When I tried to find my membership and cancel, I received a message saying my number could not be found. I then had to travel and didn’t think about it again until I saw a charge for $40 on my account. I called the customer service team to explain what had happened and to simply get a refund. Customer service flat out refused to give me a credit but said they would escalate it to try and get the refund. To my surprise, they confirmed my email and a supervisor only then sent me membership details, terms and conditions, and refused to credit my account. I’m very disappointed because business ethics and good customer service are the two most important things to me as a consumer. Despite how well their car wash works, I will not be returning here because of how poorly I was treated. If you do use their carwash, I would advise you to avoid any memberships or upsells that they offer.3 weeks agoMy card was charged for a membership that I did not sign up for. I purchased a single wash a month ago never received an email or anything about a membership and all of a sudden you take $40 out of my account? Please do not go here the slow glitching kiosk will force charge your card for a membership that you didn’t sign up for!!!!a month agoWe signed up for a membership and a staff member signed us up for a duplicate one but we never realized it. We tried to resolve it with Zips directly and with the BBB but they refused to refund the full amount taken from the unauthorized membership created in our name. If you get a car wash here or a membership, be sure you double check your charges.

I’ve had Several Great experiences with Gavin, here at Zip’s Miller Place and wanted to share.
Gavin’s been Very Helpful with late night Dash-with-the-vac sessions when my Uber riders have Kindly left a Particularly Disastrous Mess.. And WoW do they Ever.🤬
Anyway, he’s Both understanding of keeping the vac’s running while they finish closing + attentive if needing microfiber cloths, etc when Necessary. That’s Always Incredibly Appreciated!
He’s Also Meticulous in cleaning up the Entire vac’s bay area after the day’s Absolute Chaos. (If you’ve berren there, ya know Exactly what I mean!!) We can All Thank Gavin for Helping those vac’s Keep on SUCKING.

Car wash brush sensor malfunctioned today, scratching and denting my front passenger fender (fortunately it’s somewhat flexible), went behind my antenna and side mirror, ripping/breaking it off outward until it hung by the wiring then leaving more scratches on my black 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 😡 I watched from my seat (passenger) since my Husband was driving and could see the center “metal bar” within inches of my truck, feeling helpless and furious that it hit so hard I thought it was coming through my door and didn’t shut down automatically!! As soon as we pulled around and stepped inside where both employees were, Tyson says right away that they’re not responsible for mirrors, antennas or most any damage and the sign says so. Seems they already knew it had happened and were quick to tell us of the words I’m sure Zip’s trains them to say; not I’m sorry that happened and is everyone okay… This brush went into my front fender and behind my mirror so hard that it shook my entire Jeep, wouldn’t have mattered if the mirrors were in or out! I have included a copy of where their sign is as you enter the car wash and are guided up onto the track, because you’re reading a sign and not paying attention to the person standing there telling you which way to pull forward. They will pay for all damages, I can promise that and I’ll never do business with them or any touch wash again! Accidents happen but the coerced not responsible and lack of concern is what done it for us!
Super impressed with this location. They cared enough to completely overhaul all their vacuums to each have their own canister and the suction is amazing. For me, with two small kids and a dog, the car wash is just a bonus, I’m really there for the vacuum.
I didn’t think this old girl would ever shine again! Kudos & a shout out to Daniel for his assistance with everything. An asset to your team!!
