a month agoIssaquah location, getting the “Berry Best” at a not so berry good price of $18.
Not sure what the difference is from the different teirs in the quality since the brushes only go over the car only once, & there’s really nothing cleaning the tires?
They start the prep by squarting a couple of times the windshield from a mysterious bottle of god knows what? Then they run you through the usual gauntlet of the car wash that just run the mops over the car.
But the other option would be to wash it yourself using the self-service, which usually costs you about $30.Midas 3-stars for the basic wash.
2 months agoThe staff are super nice here and they don’t try to hurry you up when cleaning your car out.a week agoSaid it was open until 8pm, but only the self wash was. Waited 30m while the person in front of us filled buckets with soapy water and proceeded to hand wash his car. When asked if he would pull forward so that we could use the stall as intended refused. No attendant to regulate. Giant waste of time.3 weeks agoI’m a monthly member of the Beary Best package at Brown Bear. While Brown Bear is one of the better options in the Seattle region, it’s actually quite abysmal compared to other car washes in the western USA (and yes, I travel all over the western USA and the world). My 2 star rating is for the entire chain and not just Issaquah. First off, the Beary Best is way more than other car wash top tier monthly packages and no free vacuums. Brown Bear is successful in the Seattle area since all car washes are so horrible in this region. If Brown Bear where to open outside of the Seattle area, especially in Eastern Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or California, there is no way they would survive. Will I keep my membership…most likely yes, since Seattle area has no other way to keep your car clean, and Brown Bear knows this that’s why they can be so horrible.a week agoWe got the best package and the front of my car wasn’t wash very disappointed

a week agoWe took our truck in to get it extra clean to trade it in. These guys worked extra hard and did such a great job cleaning our construction work dirty level truck. We got offered 600 more on our trade. Great work guys 😀2 months agoJust try to avoid the $47 car wash package because honestly this doesn’t makes any sense.
It’s supposed to include three layers of ceramic walks, and a professional, cleaning exterior and interior .I paid $47 but my F150 pick up truck looks like drove in the rain for 30 minutes.

It’s true! my car has a lot of scratches after car wash!!10 months agoBuyer Beware! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!!! Pink Elephant destroyed my car’s roof and above door body. . They scratched the side skirts when loading me into the car wash. I had two body shops verify that the damage could have only been caused by their car wash. I went in to confront the manager and they told me that they were not responsible. This is the only place my car has ever been washed. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. My insurance is in the process of trying to hold these slippery guys accountable.

employees on a power trip. Stuck in front of the car wash. Can’t go forward can’t reverse. I have a membership but the employee insist that I have to have a sticker. She is refusing to find the membership fee in my tag number.
Brown Bear Car Wash reply is incorrect. Your employees don’t have a new stickers. Each time I have asked, they told me I need to come back when there’s a manager on duty. Apparently your manager doesn’t start until later in the day? I was not offered a new sticker. Why would your employee hold me up get on the phone and make me wait when they could simply hand me a sticker. I’m here every Wednesday morning, and last Wednesday the attendant had no problem and the Wednesday before this event the attendant had no problem, except that they don’t have access to stickers. As if. I wish I could give you less stars for that reply.
Overall good experience, efficient service. Vacuum stations are well equipped with glass cleaning supplies and towels.
A lot has changed in the last 6 months of this area. Left originally because of constant watermarks every time I went through this car wash. Went to the Brown Bear at Renton and gave this place a second chance. Very satisfied they changed the configuration where my vehicle would dry up without marks AND got my recently layered tree sap with no problem. Thank you for making me a returning customer again!
Great car wash spot in Redmond, they machines only accept card payments it’s about 3 dollars for a 4 minute wash and they have the foam brush.
Completely redesigned entry and pay kiosk experience! Should be more efficient when multiple cars are lined up. Unfortunately, there are no longer any gas pumps there.
