a month agoThis was the first time getting my car detailed here. I am really impressed with the service and attention to detail. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend bringing your car here. 5 stars all around.2 months agoI went in for a regular wash and interior vacuum, but not only did they let my wet car sit out in the sun for over an hour, they also skipped my car multiple times while it was waiting for attendants to do the vacuuming. If you want anything more than just a scratchy machine wash it will cost you an extra $55 minimum on top of the machine wash. At least they refunded my vacuuming when I told them I wasn’t going to wait around anymore . Won’t be going here again.a month agoHappy with my experience last time so I came again. Hours said they were open but that the (4th of July) holiday may affect them. Drove 40 minutes to get the service and they were completely closed. Went around back and the sign said “We are open, Please honk horn for service” they were not open. I also called twice, day before and day of, and left a message. Just disappointed because you can add the companies holiday hours on Google, to let customers know the company will be closed.11 months agoVery good job on my 2009 Honda Odyssey that has never had a complete cleaning and interior shampooing in its lifetime. It wasn’t cheap, but I am very happy with the complete job that these workers did on my car. Kudos to Michael, a very informative and friendly assistant manager.

2 months agoHave gone to the completion around the area and they are much better and friendlier here. They spray your car down before you even get into the automatic car was so that all the debris is off the car. That definitely helps with keeping the whole system running clean and avoid swirls and scratches. Gary was very friendly and I will exclusively be coming here.5 months agoBEWARE: All good until I realized the touch free ultra does not come with enough drying time. Car came out dirtier than it went in. Never again!
Circled around to bring the situation to an employees attention and he says it’s $3 extra to dry and the car off. Gave him the $3 since I did t have clean towels on me. Touch free and you end up having 6-8 hands wiping dirty rags on your vehicle. Not the way to do business. I’ll take mine elsewhere.
6 months agoThe “quick” hands free car wash looks like a saw death trap. I pulled up somewhat slowly and the gate started closing on me as I was pulling up. If I didn’t reverse, the gate would have closed on the hood of my car. I drove out of there with soap on my wheels and the 60 seconds to dry off the car starts as soon as the wash is done but you get no time to react and on-top of that, you waste valuable time trying to back up to the dryers so by the end we only had around 28 seconds to dry the car. The prices are reasonable but I’d rather spend a couple extra dollars and get a better experience elsewhere without feeling like the old rusty machine could collapse on my car any second. If you really care about your car, I recommend you save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.a year agoThe car wash wasn’t bad. BUT, they really need to add more signage!
When you get there, if you aren’t familiar with the options, there are no signs explaining the 3 main options (automatic, self serve, and touch free) and the pricing.
They really need signs where the lines form so that people know what option they want and how much it’s going to cost before spending an hour in line.
The sign with the pricing in my picture is not visible at all until you get up close to the front of the line. I bought the unlimited monthly car wash pass for my automobile a couple of years ago. Best thing I ever did. The car is now always sparking clean. The free vacuum service is a bonus too. Super friendly and attentive staff. Very conveniently located in downtown Waltham.
Update. They have changed the brushes but the back of car is even dryer than before. See pics.
Its been renewed. Free vaccuums for all but dislike that back of vehicle is neglected. Previous owners would pass a wet brush, like a pre-soak, on the rear of vehicle. I have a small suv and my tailgate will be untouched by the machines inside the wash tunnel. I only have membership because it’s pretty close to my house.
Gets your car pretty dry which is big points for me. Probably will join the monthly unlimited wash program soon.
When they tell you a membership lets you wash your car every day, they are lying. If you buy a membership here, you’ll barely get a chance to use it. During the day, the process is very slow. It takes about 30 minutes to through the line and the wash itself. If you come after rush hour, employees will kick you out of line way before closing time. They kicked me out of line about 20 minutes before the listed closing time, even though the line was almost empty.
Overpriced in my opinion. Really wanted to love their services because they are so close by and it would be so convenient, but unfortunately not. The dryer is my biggest complaint. Every time I come out my car is still soaking wet. I try to wipe it down but that’s not always possible. They can do better, please fix the dryers. Also came at 7:45 and they already had closed the entrance. Google says they close at 8. Unfair.
