9 months agoNormally I go here for my cars and I like results. Today I took my truck and was unhappy. The wash made more of a mess than anything as the bed was dirty. The manager came out but said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t offer to run it through again which was kinda slack I think. He did offer to clean the windows but the truck bed was still sandy. I don’t suggest running a truck thru there. Take it to a diy drive in and spray. When this happens it makes me decide to go elsewhere or do it myself. No fix and no refunda month agoLove this place. They provide glass cleaner and interior cleaner, as well as,vacuums. Staff is friendly and helpful.

a month agoI’m giving it a 2 star because atleast the gentlemen working were nice. They missed a dirt huge spot on my car, and there’s many places they did not vacuum. I only currently have the picture of the dirt spot. Considering I paid almost 40$ this doesn’t seem like it was worth it. My seats in the back weren’t even vacuumed and they didn’t move the seats in the front forward or backward to get underneath. Not very happy with that, but atleast the kids were nice.2 years agoGot my car “cleaned” today and unfortunately for them they did a real half job. I had vacuumed it a few days prior, it literally looks the exact same as it did when I took it there with the exception of the outside being cleaned. If I pay for the package that includes the interior cleaning then that’s what I expect. I will add photos later but this was such a waste of time and money. I have called their number and currently am waiting for a call back. I will update the review at a later time if/when they contact me back. I am selling the vehicle tonight and will not be returning to auto bell for a “re-do” or any future business.3 months agoThey literally gave me back my car, the same exact dirty it was. They pretty much just dried it didn’t clean any of the inside like they were supposed to. I’m never coming back here.5 months agoAbsolutely the worst car wash experience ever. Windows were dirty inside and out and floor was not vacuumed correctly. I point this out and still no result. I called the corporate office and never received a call back. This was a total waste of time and money. Stay away.6 months agoMy car looks awful. We pointed out the streaks, dirt, and water spots and they said it was too bright outside to see. Interior looks as if it wasn’t touched. This was the last chance we were giving them as it’s typically not a good experience. The team was nice is the only positive. More training needs to be done for sure. My husband just brought it home to wash and clean inside. Waste of money 💰

Fantastic service. The vacuums are free with a car wash but you can also purchase it separately for $3. I got the basic wash to try it out and I loved it. The staff were so nice and friendly. I came on 1/11 around 11am and I loved the experience! I highly highly recommend it.
I also saw they do unlimited washes for $20 a month. I have a toddler so my car is always dirty lol.

Guys, I haven’t had the chance to come here for a while, but let me share that this Sam’s added new features for FREE. Towels to clean your car, really good towels. FREE carpet washing machine, vacuum are more powerful and working as they should. Overall price are PRICELESS! THE PRE WASH HAS IMPROVE TO. LET’S GO SAM’S, KEEP THE GOOD JOB.
Excellent car wash. Strong vacuum suction. Kept clean and tidy. No tipping. The monthly unlimited is a great deal. Free microfiber cloths and window cleaner provided. Gets backed and busy sometimes because it’s so good.
Getting my car washed here was a 10/10 experience. The staff were extremely helpful even though they had a line to the street. There were a few spots on the hood of my car that would not come off no matter how hard I scrubbed. I went to ask for a sponge to clean it myself, and the site manager Ivan stopped what he was doing and came to help. He was unsuccessful at first but went back inside to grab a different product and it’s as if the spot was never there. His attention to detail and making sure I left with a clean car was truly amazing. I will definitely be stopping here again and I recommend this car wash to everyone I talk to!
