a week agoMy go to Saturday morning car wash. Love these guys so much. They are all very nice and get straight to the point. The line can get pretty long to get inside, the are pretty busy weekend mornings, so go early. Weekdays aren’t as busy. But I’m never having to wait long once I’m in the wash, they get to work and always do a thorough job, inside and out. Reasonably priced and great location.3 weeks agoI recently had the pleasure of visiting this tire shop and Brandon is the guy there he is really nice and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and high-quality tires they provide. And I would say based on my experience, best in NYC too.

No complaints on service but cashier(probably he is the owner), needs to change his demeanour for good.4 months agoThe best hand wash care wash Ive experienced so far. Cleaned inside and out for 17 dollars which allowed me the freedom to leave a nice tip. No streaks left as I have experienced with other hand wash car washes. Would highly recommend. They also give you a punch card and after a certain amount of paid car washes you get one free. Love the place. Friendly staff and will pay attention to any spots you want extra attention to.

I would use them again for a basic full service wash an vac.5 months agoI just did an oil change here and my car started smoking and doing sounds. I called them and they came and told me my Engine is the problem and it’s leaking. I drive this car every day and no problem until I came here!!!5 months agoThey close whenever they want. The business hours are up to 6 pm on most days. One day I reached there at 5.45 pm, but they were closed. The next day I call at 5 pm and said I’m coming. I made it there at 5.30 pm, but they were closed. What a waste of time! They do a good job with oil changes and washing but this is very unprofessional!!!2 months agoThey’re always very thorough. Quick and friendly service ay the Oil change.
NOTE: If you want to use the coupon for discount, you need to print it and physically present it. They don’t accept a screenshot picture nor anything on your phone for the coupon. It’s approximately a $6 discount.
Basic Carwash was free with the oil change. Although it wasn’t the best car wash, at least it was free.
Location was convenient, around many stores.
My husband and I have been coming here for many years. We stopped going because we moved pretty far and needed our vehicles serviced and of course we needed to do this close to home for convenience. The worst mistake ever was going somewhere else because of convenience. Our experience with Zap Lube by far was and still is exceptional. It’s like changing doctors which is a huge no no. Zap lube has taken very great care of our cars and the extra diagnostic they perform is a life saver. Great job guys!!! You have a customer here for life. We now drive far to Zap lube from our home to receive the best car service ever.
Fastest service I ever gotten for an Oil Change. I thought I was going to wait longer but it really was a 10 minute oil change like they advertised. The mechanic was friendly and he check all my other car fluids and Tire PSI as well. The lady at the cash register was very friendly. I surprised to get a free Car Wash voucher with my receipt that I used right away next door at there Car Wash. This will be my go to place for oil change from now on.
The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We paid for the ritz service but the car is not any cleaner then when we brought it. They spent no more than 5 minutes total on the car from start to finish.
Places like this should not exist, they just still your money and then you have to pay someone else to do the job properly. Please do not go to this place, because, you can definitely tell they are not interested in making your car look clean and tidy, like the way should be, but just “stilling” as much money as possible.
Have been coming here past few years for oil changes and each time I go, I can be 100% sure to be up-charged by atleast $150, and more. Never fails.
This last week they’ve been understaffed and cars waiting in line to get in, I’ve never had to wait in line to get in this place and the guy working on my car was working on another car, which is also unusual here , and this made him not pay good enough attention on my car. I watched him as he was rushing servicing another car that came in after mine and feel as a result he didn’t give proper attention to my vehicle. Was here about an hour. Not his fault, bcus the place was understaffed.
Will be searching for another mechanic.
