I bought these yesterday…Y’all decide what you think. Changing my review today 9.17.22 wanted a brisket today..smelled rotten meat before reaching meat dept. The whole case of briskets, maybe 15+, rotten smelly and brown. mentioned it to the workers in the meat dept who continued talking to each other about the customers standing feet from them. owner needs to know they probably lost thousand $ worth of meat..may have a bunch of sick people on their hands ..and meat dept need some serious safety and handling and courtesy training… and hopefully somebody got them to throw all that meat away ..horrible
I don’t even need to say anything, the live caterpillar in my romaine will do it all for me. I KNEW I shoulda gone to Frobergs!!
I’ve been coming here for almost fourteen years to get water. I usually buy a few other things while I’m here.
Now the water is “broken”, and they tell me to use the overpriced one outside. While I’m busy with the water someone stole my bread. When I went back to get done more, no offer to help. “Too bad”.
Never coming back.
The lady at the floral counter is very nice. The whole store always looks and feels clean.
What’s happened? This store has gone down hill in the last six months. I really can’t stand shopping here anymore. Most the time only one checkout is open (self checkout is terrible for business by the way, it’s poor customer service), Store is trashed, parking lot reminds me of a crash up derby. The 3 stars are for the nice people that do work there. Personally, I’d be gone long ago. Look at HEB or Chicfila business models or the Kroger on buffalo speedway in Houston. They still unload your cart and it’s clean and organized. It was a year ago before moving to Alvin. It’s so easy to increase productivity and profit with out beating your people down. Kroger management, please step up!
