  I have visited this location multiple times and have had multiple barbers during my visits and have never been let down. I usually get a head shave and a beard trim and often times I have taken my son with me to get his haircut as well. My wife even joined us once for an eyebrow wax.

  The staff is always super nice and courteous. They stay true to your appointment time and even work with you if you’re running behind. During one visit I was 30 minutes late unfortunately but they were still able to work me in once I arrived.

  The only issue I have had was during one visit a barber, not sure who, shaved my head with an electric shaver although I paid for the straight blade shave. I didn’t realize until he had started but that was a few years ago and I haven’t run into that issue during subsequent visits so it appears to be a non-issue now.

  Overall, I would highly recommend this place as a barbershop. Excellent!

  I haven’t gotten a haircut in a few months because finding the right person is difficult sometimes. I had an appointment with Kim and she did an awesome job. I got my hair cut as soon as I moved back to Tennessee, but the person who cut it ended up taking too much off at a certain point. Kim listened to my concerns and is helping me fix the mistake of the last person who cut it. She was great for holding a conversation but also great with the clippers. While I’ll be trusting her to rectify the mistake with my hair that wasn’t her fault, I’m also looking forward to the next visit because of how great she was, how great the rest of the staff seemed, how professional they all were, as well as how clean and tidy Baron’s was.

  I’ve always maintained my own beard because I never trusted anyone to go near it, but I let my beard get unprofessional and unruly. Stefanya was amazing listening to what I wanted and executing with precision, attention to detail, and care, going longer than scheduled past closing time to make sure I was satisfied. Truly amazing to watch her work. I still can’t believe how much better and healthier my beard looks. Thank you, Stefanya!

  Justin was my Barber & the guy is a Grade A Dude. Laid back, relaxing cut & the appearance sets the bar for expectation. His passion for his work is apparent in the whole experience. I snuck into an open slot he had & he rolled with it, went on through the visit like we’d known each other for years.

  This place is great. Everyone is chill and you feel welcome. I came to Memphis on vacation and didnt have time get a trim before I left home. I got a buzz cut and a beard trim. Rachel did a great job and was easy to work with on how I wanted my beard to look. Im still relatively new to going to a barber for a beard trim as I used to just do it myself. I appreciate that she was patient with me and my crunchy beard. 😆

  Very stylish venue that offers fashionable haircuts to customers in the East Memphis and Collierville areas.
  I’ve visited the East Memphis location a couple times and have gotten in pretty quick with only a last minute call ahead.
  Very clean location and all barbers are actual BARBERS who give a very clean razor shave.
  After being in the military for about 17 years and having to get inspection ready haircuts, I can assert that you would not be doing yourself a disservice by giving this venue a try if you’ve never been here.

  I live in Texas but my last 2 cuts have been here while in town for work. If I could pick this place up and bring it back with, I would! The 2 times I have been there I worked with both Rachel’s and walked away with a photo worthy cut!   Terrible haircut. Then the situation was made worse by “Christy” the “person in charge”…

  If a client is dissatisfied, deescalate the situation, solve the issue, and move on. Don’t argue, tell the client you weren’t there, basically it’s not your problem, then start talking about having surgery and stuff.

  All they had to do was get a stylist to fix my Sons hair. I would have accepted that. Instead we were given a refund and had to go to a GOOD salon to get it fixed.

  This was a regular stop to get their hair cut for about 2 yrs…not anymore.
