  I used to have a 5 star review of this place. However, times change and so do locations. Want to wait an hour in a hard chair for a haircut? Want to check in online and have walk in clients put before you? Want to be ignored without updates about times? Want to wonder “hey, I have other things to do with my day. Should I be here for almost two hours for a haircut?”? If your answer is yes, this is the location for you! Unfortunately I’m a fan of customer service, communication, and my time being respected. No longer a Sport Clips customer! I’ll be giving my business to hard working local small businesses from now on.

  I’ve really been disappointed in great clips lately. The last several times we’ve had someone from our household get a haircut at a great clips it’s come out choppy, uneven, just not good. My daughter recently got a pixie cut and when I asked about the blending she said it was fine. However, she clearly has a line around her head where it was not blended properly. We use to always use great clips now I’m finding that I need to find another place for our haircuts.

  I mean, come on, it’s Great Clips. A place to check in online, pop in for a NON-complicated haircut, and go about your merry way…and it doesn’t “break the bank” and get off my lawn, dam kids and their hippity hop music /s 😂. Seriously though, I’m a guy that just gets a super simple haircut, and on the off chance it’s not perfect, meh it grows back.

  Close to my house, online check-in is nice. Getting a haircut once a month doesn’t allow anyone enough time to get to know staff. Staff always seems to be changing and I’ve never seen the same group of people working here.

  I had longer hair, and my parents wanted me to cut some and make it look cleaner, I asked for a middle part flow, explained it to her, couldn’t show a picture cause she wouldn’t let me move, I explained exactly what to do, I told her trim the back and thin it out a little bit, cut the sides of my head, like the side burns and stuff, and to just even a few things out, she basically cut everything super short, removing all the length that I’ve been wanting for months, made it too short to do any longer styles and too long to do any shorter styles. She basically left me with the complete opposite of what I asked, if I could give this 0 stars, I would

  My poor daughter got the absolute worst trim yesterday. It was completely uneven and I had to fix it myself. I paid $20 for a trim and I could’ve done a better job. The girl that cut it is fresh out of beauty school. I will never go back to Great Clips for a Bad Clip. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Also, the 3 ladies working all looked miserable and didn’t smile, poor customer service.

  Genuinely happy faces will welcome you at the counter n ask if u have online check in? ( wow tech savvy, u can check in online such tht u dont have to wait in the queue.

  Ur friendly hair stylist will check u in the computer n make u seated at ur dresser. Just tell them what u want n it will be fulfilled.

  Most of the merchandise is buy one get one 50% off but i m guessing there will be different bogo offers at different times.
