2 weeks agoI used to use this car wash a lot, until I discovered that on several occasions they’ve overcharged my credit card by at least $10. If you use credit or debit here, be sure to check your transaction history. Like me, you may find that you’ve been overcharged.
Response to owner: No, I was overcharged twice, and both charges did not drop off of my debit card, because I checked on it later. You may want to look into this for yourself. In addition, there was no signage stating anything about a hold fee. Again, beware when using debit cards at this establishment. How many check to see if they are being overcharged? Not many, I suspect.
2 months agoVacuum pump says it costs $2 to use, I put in $3 and it never started. Called the customer service number and spoke to someone who seemed nice and said someone will be around to help and that he would call back in a few minutes. Waited around for 30 min waiting for an attendant or a call back. No one ever came to help and didn’t receive a call back. Decided to leave2 months agoGreat place to wash your vehicle if your a car guy like me. Only 3 things they need to work on, 1) The spot free rinse needs more drying agent chemical added to it, 2) The air dryer function needs more power, and 3) The amount of time you get on their timer per quarter needs to be a little bit longer in my opinion. Otherwise it’s a great self-serve car wash. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys washing their own car.6 months agoVery good customer service. I had a problem with the blower not coming on so I called the customer service number. They were very helpful and gave me a free car wash. The price for a drive thru wash is the best in the area.4 weeks agoStopped into the automatic wash page $17 to have it super washed watched half the car left the soap on it didn’t rinse it nothing pulled around to the Bay try to use the sprayer to run some soap off that didn’t even work I waste of $22 will never go back there again tried to call him got no answer got an answer machine no call back no nothing

It used to do a more than exceptable job… however, the last couple of visits the wheel blaster hasn’t been working. Also pressure doesn’t seem to be what it was in the past. The laser wash is the best and it’s only $10. I usually run it thru twice to get my truck a little extra clean. Those car wash drapes really mess up your paint and leave scratches everywhere when you use them. The other automatic washes around town never really get every corner and cranny of your car. For $5 you get 10mins and then $1/ 2mins after that. Made my 15yr old Accord shine right up!2 months agoNot a fan of the credit card setup. You must continually swipe as it’s $5 for the first swipe and $2 after that. Otherwise clean and equipment works. Also one of the few places in the area that accepts cards.a month agoThey have the best, most economical, brushless car washing town. $10 for the works, And they have dryers in the self wash bays. All around works for me!

Great Detailing Service! My car looked fantastic after they were finished with my car. They didn’t take long at all, and have a plethora of options and pricing for different choices. The inside is littered with cleaning, freshening, and apparel products for your vehicle. They offer nice customer service and discount for returning customers. Will most definitely be coming back.
Went out west and truck took a beating with snow and ice- inside and out….looks like new now. Takes awhile but hand wash, interior cleaning does. Fantastic work.
