They are open. They also have a monthly payment too I have the Ultimate Which is everything outside your car is clean? The wax, the tires, everything. It’s $30 a month, but it’s worth it.6 months agoAwful, car was coated with soap and still soiled. I actually went in and asked for a towel and they where unable to help. To expensive for this poor level of service.2 years agoTheir newly renovated car wash is horrible. It never rinses the soap off my back window. They also stopped using the brushes at the pre-wash stage, so now the film of dirt or windshield bugs never gets washed off. Pictures of my vehicle are 5 minutes after leaving to carwash.5 months agoI like how they washed the car really well. After all, that’s why I came to this one. I’ll have to say several carwashes don’t get “your” car clean, especially the lower parts of the car. I drive a Buick Enclave, and I appreciate ZAX getting the back ( trunk/lift gate) clean.a year agoThis car wash doesn’t hold up to the other zax car washes. We have a Ford explorer and this car wash always collapses are right front mirror and always leaves an enormous amount of soap after the wash and drying is complete. This place needs some serious attention to keep customers. Also your brushes are rotating the wrong way which leads to wipers being ripped off.

a month agothey are the worst. They are very racist. They treat their customer very very bad. They clean your car halfway and the other half it’s still dirty. They are rude. They talk very rude to the customers they tell you. Hey we don’t want your business you can leave if you don’t like it that’s not how you talk to customers that’s how bad they are. I don’t think anyone should go to the car wash. There’s other places much better than them I don’t know if the owner sees what they do or not but I think he should see he’s losing customers like that. Anyways, there isn’t any customer over there maybe because how how bad and Reeses they are and if they get mad at someone they call the cops on people .a week agoHorrible,, car basically just rinsed off had to ask more then once for my rims to be wiped off, paid for ultimate wash,, and they told me it’s just brake dust on them so ,, I paid to have my car cleaned and shampooed , and to top it off they were rude… Like they don’t know there is a car wash everywhere..2 weeks agoIt would help if both employees did the same job on both sides of the car. One does great vacuuming while the other one goes through the motions
Not as good. The rest of the staff do a great job drying and on the windows3 months agoWent to get my car washed for the first time at this place and I will not go back. One of the attendants was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I got out of the wash portion of the establishment I assumed I could put it in drive to brake so that I wouldn’t hit the car that was being detailed or the workers in front of me. The attendent said that I was told to keep it in neutral so I didn’t hit any of the attendants that were drying my car and next time i would have to get out of my car. I am sorry that it was my first time through this establishment and maybe I didn’t hear them correctly if they told me to get out of the car; I would have gotten out if I was told too. The tone of the attendant’s voice made me feel stupid. The only reason I picked this car wash was because it was on the side of Middlebelt that I was traveling. The reason that I gave two stars is because the people drying my car off did a good job and seemed pleasant in contrast to their coworker. I was considering getting my interior detailed at a later time but after this experience I will never go back.5 months agoTerrible place- save your money!The wash ripped off my mirror,! Furthermore the owner was pointing out a couple of scratches saying that maybe it was something i did?No- nice try!Took pride in the sign stating they are not responsible, and that GM poorly designed the mirror. Very unapologetic and no compassion what so ever! The owner tapped my mirror to so i could not even open my door at first!Also i payed $20 for full service( not even an offer for a refund on wash after damage). I had dots all over my back window and rear of car i had to rub out. Inside of my car looked like a rushed job with half not wipped out well and a dirty driver side matt!Hell of a wash experience! Costly- had to go fix mirror next day(2/1/23)Terrible- not happy!Worst car wash i ever been to, period!

I have been coming to this car wash for years, but the new owners have really stepped up their game. Most car washes do a great job with a standard wash and vacuum, but forget the details like door trims, console, and cockpit. NOT HERE! My vehicle looks amazing! Like it was detailed in 10 minutes. The instrument panel, cupholders, and screen are like new. They also do a great job on my Weathertech mats. They definitely continue to earn my business.
I’ll start by saying everyone that I encounter at this carwash is super pleasant & friendly. But everytime I go there, I am disappointed. I specifically asked for my back vents to be wiped down because of the dirt that gets on there when my daughter is in her car seat. I watched 4 people in my car wiping it down at the end. But somehow that and my dashboard look like they weren’t even touched. You’d think for a 35$ carwash I wouldn’t have to clean it myself afterwards. I also tip well and wish I hadn’t now. Bummer because they are really nice people.
I really wanted to love this place. I was so excited. When I got home I realized my car was only half clean on the interior. I had to clean the rest of it myself. Lots of dust and dirt left behind. 😓 I was really hoping they were going to impress me.
I probably had the top 10 grossest cars in to be detailed. Months of dog hair and ended up having a dead bird in my car? (Left my car window open for the weekend)but they completely made it look nearly spotless around 30 minutes at an AMAZING price.
Paid $40 plus tip for interior/exterior “best” wash. Interior was not dusted whatsoever or wiped down. Tire shine was horribly placed and incomplete on tires. And somehow my back tire left dirtier than when I arrived. Extremely disappointed for the price paid. Will not be returning.
