a week agoTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. VERY RUDE. BAD JOB. these people take no pride in their work. I got the most expensive package and they did not even wipe down the surfaces with a cloth in the back. The did not vacuum the trunk until I told them to. Then when I mentioned to the manager that they should wipe down the surfaces with a cloth she tried to further up sell me and ask me for more money to do that. She was also very rude. She claimed that because the car was old, it looks like that. Then I said I will just do it at home and she just said – yes that is better. It was really disgusting service. I would never go there again.a month agoAbsolutely horrible service. I asked two of the workers if they had cleaned the area and they said yes and walked away. I even spoke to them in spanish and they didn’t even bother to try and clean it. It also wasn’t busy as they only had two other cars in the parking lot and one had already left. The other car besides me also complained about how unclean their car was. Never using their services again.a year agoWriting this post literally within a half hour of visiting. I’ve gone there a few times in the past and the basic car washes have been hit or miss. This was my last time because as the pictures show, it’s like they didn’t even touch it. Not quite sure what the deal is because I never have this issue at other car washes. I seriously considered asking them to wash it again, but I found several new scratches, so I don’t want to risk any more. It’s too bad because their location is convenient for me.2 months agoLike everywhere else in this area for car washes, the price has gone up. The super old automatic car wash no longer destroys my front license plate by bending it up a lot. That’s an improvement.
This is still the cheapest car wash in the area and for that I keep coming back.
4 months agoI was at the location getting the trash out from my van when the owner approached me and said, “Move ahead” in a very rude manner while I was trying to use the vacuum. I explained to him that I was putting the trash in the dumpster, but he insisted that I move or leave because I didn’t belong there with Virginia plates. I was shocked and couldn’t believe he would say something like that. Even though I own several cars for my business and personal use, including my Porsche Cayman, and have been doing car washes for years, this experience made me never want to recommend or return to this place. The customer service was very arrogant, and they clearly don’t care about their customers.

3 months agoOn April 15 at about 7:54 pm. I came to this location for a quick wash. Their instant car wash is a joke!!!! The machine doesn’t accept card only takes cash. I see why, there is no way to prove you paid so the machine eats the money and doesn’t even provide a receipt. I paid $12 cash for the ultimate wash. The person in front of me was able to wash their car. When I went in it did absolutely nothing. I tried to find someone for help and no one was around. I even tried calling and couldn’t reach anyone. Don’t bother coming for a quick wash unless you’re okay with losing money and no help and still leave with no wash!!!!!!!2 months agoLet’s get the bad first 3 stalls we’re out of order and the credit car machine for getting tokens also make absolutely sure to buy tokens there’s a screen that says insert 2$ to activate I put it 8 quarters before realizing you had to go to the front to get there specific coins the was was in total 18$ to get my car done the car does look great but for a little more could have went full servicea week agoUntil recently, two tokens got you 120 seconds of wash or rinse time. They have since reduced it to 90 seconds, worse still, it takes 15 seconds before soap or rinse water come out so if effectively you have 75 seconds for $2.
Maybe you can invest this dramatic increase in your revenue to maintain your equipment.

4 months agoPretty good. Gets crowded quickly on nice days. Seems like I usually take about 15 minutes, most people maybe closer to 20 per vehicle in the wash bay. Last year the machines that swap cash for tokens we’re broken but as of April 2023 they are all working with the exception of the debit card machines. Occasionally I will find a vacuum with low pressure but as of right now I’ve had great experience this season.a month agoEasy and convenient self-service car wash with a half decent automatic washer bay. Unfortunately, their card readers have been down for many months and one of their automatic washers is down now too. Seems like the location is slowly falling apart with loose or broken vacuum hoses and a sketchy air pump. Hopefully they get updated soon like the Gaithersburg location.

First time here. I wish I knew about this place sooner. For an express wash costs $12 and Flagship $18. I only needed an express wash bc of the pollen. It got a little busy when I arrived at 11:30 am ish. To enter the car wash it’s a tight and narrow. They need a sign for cars to actually stop at a distance. I had to reverse a bit to align my car with the rotator. The car behind me was way too close. Dude – back up a little bit. Employees were assisted from beginning to end. At the end the car wash there was someone to dry my car. Thank you!
This place keeps my car in beautiful looking condition with the Gold Unlimited Wash plan! I enjoy the service, as well. They are good at helping newbies (aka me) learn the process until the newbie understands what to do. Only downfall is my license plate doesn’t get picked up by the scanner properly, so the rep has to type my plate in manually each time.
I used to come here all the time as a kid and come back whenever I’m in town, but unfortunately the quality has really gone down.
The wash is fine, for the price. You get a nice sparkle and shine at first glance, but then when you really start to look you’ll see the streaks on the car and brake dust still in the wheels.
I wouldn’t recommend the interior detailing because it lacks exactly that, the details. You’re better off just using the free vacuums (which is nice) and wiping down the car yourself. They do an ok job but then when you really start to look you see all the things that didn’t get cleaned like cup holders, dash, steering wheel, etc. I found streaks and water stains on the inside of the windows, fibers from the towels they use, and again, just no attention to detail.
Would recommend if you need a quick clean, but that’s about it.
Best car wash in town! My car is always shiny and they do a great job with the interiors. If I ever have a concern the managers are happy to help!! Free vacuums with every wash and they have membership options as well. When talking to owner, she said it’s been a family owned business for 35 years, that’s amazing! Tip: they dog treats!!
Before Covid I used to come here often, and I was always happy with the price and service. They offered a interior cleaning option that was basically a detail for $50.
Since then they have made a lot of changes, and based on recent reviews it looks like it it hasn’t been a smooth process.
I stopped by last week for a wash and interior clean (around $75 for an SUV). There was a manager who helped me select the options and walked me around to make sure the staff scrubbed my wheels. The wash looked good, and they did a very nice job on the interior. It wasn’t a detail, and maybe it wasn’t as good as I remember 4 years ago, but I was happy with the outcome.
It was a hot and humid day, and I was thankful for the shop fan blowing air on the shaded outdoor waiting area (A/C was available inside as well). And I was also thankful for the free bottle of water.
I think they are reading the reviews and trying hard to make everyone happy.
