Smells really good.3 months agoOur car was fairly clean, a few bugs and dirt. The staff was friendly and helpful but the vacuums don’t work very well at all. We tried three different ones. Plus they don’t have any cleaner or wipes for the interior of your car. It’s not really worth what you pay for a wash.2 months agoCAUTION: I never give bad reviews, but this is a place to avoid if you use debit or credit cards!!!!
I paid for $15 wash and 7 weeks later looked at bank statements and they charged me via my acct. $25 each month. I signed nothing, and gave no permission for any such arrangement, club or anything. Bank said I have little recourse save a new account number. If you like to donate against your will, you’ll love this auto fleecing dumpster fire.4 months agoWent to wash my Jeep and was immediately greeted and helped. All the workers spoke to me and made me feel welcome. The workers are friendly and very helpful! Definitely will be coming back! The wash and vacuums work great!3 months agoFirst visit and informative staff quickly approached to assist me at the entrance and I purchased their cheapest option: $10 for a decent wash (although the dryer fans were not very effective: left widespread spots on the finish).Tried three (3) different vacuums before realizing that these are the WEAKEST VACUUMS OF ANY CARWASH! The vacuum’s crevice cleaner is poorly designed and with such incredibly poor suction, the vacuums are essentially USELESS.

Good vacuums for both sides of car too.5 months agoBest car wash in Jonesboro! I have the monthly pass and use it several times a week. Never a long line and always a quick process. My car always comes out as if it were brand new. The managers Paula and Ivan are always very helpful and attentive. Tried several other car washes in the area and none of them match up to the quality of service at Take 5.3 weeks agoThis place does a good job washing the car, but it’s not convenient to get in and out of. All of them are like this, I don’t know what they are thinking making the entrance so tight against the lube shop.

Hometown feel with fantastic results. This has definitely been the best experience I have had at a car wash. For starters the staff is very professional and kind. They take notice of frequent visitors and ensure that your business is appreciated. The car wash itself provides fantastic results. I definitely recommend the ‘#1 The Works ‘, it has yet to disappoint. The amenities speak for themselves from floor mat cleaners to dual sided complementary vacumn. All included in every wash. Prices start around 8 bucks I believe with a detail kit at just 3 dollars (see pics). No hassel and stress trying to choose cleaning kits . Try it and you won’t be sorry.
I took my brand new Kia Carnival to this car wash I haven’t even had it a month it’s brand NEW!!! And their car wash tore off a strip on the top of my car and bent it in the dryer. I let them try fixing it and they admit their machine did it and that they couldn’t fix it and then I get a call from a rude guy named Jordan who doesn’t even want to tell me his name or the bosses name but says there was previous damage so they won’t fix it!
It’s brand new!!! He was extremely rude and me and my entire family are done doing business with them!
I drive a black Mustang I use both locations at least twice a week. It always looks beautiful when I am done. The vacuuming is super fast. It’s great to go anytime I want to go!
Washes my truck well most of the time. Attendant needs to be more diligent about trucks with tow hitches. Stopping the wash cycle mid wash is not good for quality
I drove from out of town to Jonesboro and thought I would get a car wash. Google tells me Tommy’s is the best in town. I purchased the most expensive car wash (I think it was $18.99) and although the car got cleaner from the sides and the back, the front was still pathetic (see picture). Not sure if I would use it again.
