  1. Tried out the French toast bacon and egg sandwich today and it was amazing. I also ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, which was a little tough and also a broccoli soup that was delicious. The drive through is super quick and lots of parking if you’re going inside to sit down. Easy access from hwy 50

  3. We usually go there during our break time to get Chai Tea , Cookies and Donuts.

    We visit at least 3 times a week and we never had any problems in ordering and customer service. They are always happy to greet and serve u treats. See you again.

  4. Service sucks. Over charged me and wouldn’t give me my money back. The manager is the worst no response and Tim Horton’s customer service is terrible. Won’t help you. Basically saying it’s not our problem it’s the franchise owners problem and they have no problem with franchise owners stealing from customers and over charging for products. I have a nice email thread with Tim Hortons customer service saying this.

  5. Worst coustmer service especially drive thru . Two girls worked there in night shift both are so rude and always gave burn food and even don’t know how ro speak . Today I ordered and just throw in the garbage just wasted of money .

    While I was staying next door to this Tim Hortons, I got my dinner there Friday night and then breakfast to go home kn Sunday. They were busy but the food was good

    The food and service are at the expected level, the problem is, the restaurant needs a good cleaning. A lot of accumulated dirt on the floors and in the washroom. This hasn’t been cleaned for a while. They need to spend an hour or 2 with a vacuum and a mop.

    But they have no sense of urgency and you’re often left waiting to place your order inside and nobody pays attention to you though there are multiple employees wondering around. Food and drink is always good, drive through is a better option than going inside from my experience. The parking lot is often full and it might be difficult to find parking but there is another parking lot next door that is free.

    Absolutely the worst customer service ever and the slowest Tim’s around. Standing in line 20 minutes just for a coffee… 10 employees are working and only one person in storefront… too much focus on on drive thru. Let’s get some happier employees as well, so miserable.

    Terrible service. I paid with change in the drive threw and who I am assuming is the manager had so much attitude towards me. I don’t even want to know what she kept saying under her breath. Tim Hortons do better. I worked with the company for 4 1/2 years and if this is how your allowed to treat your customers now that is ridiculous.

    This is the worst Tim hortons There staff is no manners how yo talk with employees especially Nishan and Ramnish they are super idiots and no working people always depend on others staff and do harassment with that. Bob is the main leader he also supports them to do it and never listen anybody. I wish this tim hortons will be closed permanently in future.
