What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. They don’t even deserve a 1 star but no other option is available

How hard is it to make an english egg muffin sandwich and specify you want it really dark toasted with butter on both side and never in 10 years they got it right .

All they have to do is slow down the toaster and make the food right instead of not listening to the customers.

  2. Always homeless people pan handling, drive through is a gong show. They are very nice workers, but almost every time, my order gets messed up.

  3. Had a friend decide to be responsible and walk home drunk. he was refused service because he didn’t have a car…

I guess he will drive next time he’s drunk and hungry lol

  4. I’ve only been through the drive through, but they’re service is fast and they don’t forget anything. Recommend.

  5. It was busy that afternoon got our coffees they have nice tables outside to enjoy the sunshine

Stopped by for a ‘quick’ coffee and a couple wraps, but while ordering, the lady taking my order kept talking over me as I tried to order so I ended up having to repeat my order 3 separate times. She then continued to talk over me as I tried to order our wraps for supper. There was one one else in drive thru, just us. Get to the window, turns out they don’t have the rice for our loaded bbq chicken wrap and chipotle steak wrap. Ok, we’ll wait. Couple minutes?? Sure why not. Anyway, we waited for about 8 minutes, when they brought our order out it was 1 wrap and a fricken steak bowl. I didn’t order a chipotle steak bowl… maybe if YOU STOPPED TALKING OVER ME YOU COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY ORDER RIGHT!!!! And to top it off, now I don’t have time to get it fixed as now I have to rush to work. So I ate the chicken wrap, and it was awful. Salty as all hell. I may as well have chugged water from the ocean. It was disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it. So, long story short, if you don’t have to go here, don’t. Terrible service and the food was awful.

Unbelievable. I wanted over 29 minutes in the drive through just fro them to tell me their system is down and they can only take cash. I only have a half hour break to get food and get back to work. This experience wasted my entire break and left me hungry for the rest of my shift! Unacceptable.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The worst Tim Hortons store I could visit in Canada! On afternoons weekdays, together with my husband, I have visited this store for some coffee and sweets. And on the last few occasions, the person (a thin, light-skinned woman whose name I don’t know), has not served us what we have ordered, the coincidence is that she is the same person who makes these mistakes. How is it possible that you order a FRENCH VANILLA COFFEE and they serve you a DOUBLE DOUBLE COFFEE? Or that of what my husband and I ordered, one of the items took so long to come out? Something to note is that with what my husband has ordered there have been no mistakes, this has just happened with what we ordered for me. What is the problem? It is possible that this opinion does not have a great impact, something that your HUMAN RESOURCES team should do is evaluate the staff that works in the afternoons on weekdays, from what I have seen in the GOOGLE opinions, there are more similar comments In my case, wrong orders, billing errors, ect. His shop is beautiful but the evening staff leaves a lot to be desired and I doubt we’ll visit again in the future. PLEASE CHECK YOUR AFTERNOON STAFF!

Coffee was not good, tables temporarily unavailable as you need to get someone to clean. It would be nice if they do prepare them. Slow order taking. Very annoying associates loudly talking to each other. Washroom key is handled by users without being sanitized. Location is good access and available parking.

Only the drive-thru is open 24 hours. The dining room is open 5 AM – 10 PM. We had a good visit. The service was good and fast. The dining area was nice and comfortable. There was ample parking in front and on the side. This location is quickly accessible from Hwy. 21.

I’ve had multiple bad orders from this location.. I ordered this bagel double toasted and it doesn’t look like it’s been toasted at all. This has happened multiple times. They have also missed items in our orders and half the time don’t even bother to cut bagels anymore. Idk if they are trying to make service quicker lately, but the orders have been getting alot worse quality

Heading out of town at 11:30pm and wanted a coffee, so I went to the drive through.. Blocked off. All the lights were on inside, so I went to the front door… locked. The Big sign out front says 24 hours, but they’re closed… Fix the sign or fix the hours! If you’re not open 24 hours, don’t advertise 24 hours.

Absolute worst location for getting what you order. Always check your bag before driving away. Complete wrong breakfast sandwiches EVERYTIME. Six times now to be exact. Zero care for quality as well, I am the farthest thing from a complainer, but cannot stand when someone is too arrogant to give someone what they paid for due to laziness or just can’t read. Wish I could post a picture of this disgusting breakfast. Save your time and go to the toms up the road in Westpark.

Like all Tim’s food quality keeps going down. Service here was fast and prompt for lobby service, which is not normal for Tim’s as most locations drive thru is. Lobby service is usually at least a 2 min wait for someone to see you are there.
