  1. I like the fact that you can still buy DVDs there but my one problem with Walmart is this new self-checkout nonsense needs to stop. Give people back their employment I don’t work there so give me the cashiers back their jobs what’s the point of an economy if we’re not taking care of people.

  2. Ordered online checked stalk out like you are suppose to and I chose the earliest delivery time.
    Half of my order arrived.
    I checked the box for substitutions.

    Now I get with a shortage of Tylenol that it would be hard to get but the site said it was in stalk at this location. Which is why I ordered it I wanted to make sure my daughter (who has a prescription for it can get it without having to hunt pharmacy’s down) When I called they are out! How very interesting when sources around tell us when you get your stalk and within 21 hours allowing people to bulk shop while in a shortage is the businesses problem. That they should be on top of.
    As for the hair dye I ordered they didn’t even offer a different colour. (When I chose they only had 6 options which I already had so I was excited for the delivery)
    They didn’t call like I directed. And when I called health and beauty they had the colour I ordered! It was sheer laziness from whoever packed my order

    I strongly recommend no one use the online delivery/ curb side.

    Customer service bounced me from grocery to pharmacy to health and beauty instead of doing their job. Took way more time to get to the bottom of why I only received half of what I paid for (which automatically comes out of your account regardless if they only sent out $21 on a $50 order. It takes 3-5 business days to get your money refunded)

    With this in mind do NOT use curb side with this location BAD customer service
    BAD job service in general.

  3. Extremely poor customer service today. The two ladies (one younger and one older) who were working the Digital/Photo counter at 12:00pm on December 27th, 2022 need to check their attitude and get trained on customer service. That, or they are already trained and they simply do not care. We called before arriving to ensure we would be able to take passport photos for my two young kids. The lady on the phone confirmed we would be able to. So, we get there. Waited in line, only to be told they wouldn’t take the photos for my kids because it was “too busy” – there was literally two people behind us and there were FOUR people working the counter. The older lady also told us that “passport photo service is not guaranteed during the holidays”. WHAT KIND OF POLICY IS THIS? If this is true, the lady on the phone should have told us and it should be posted somewhere visible, so costumers do not waste their time. Cherry on top of this “fantastic” experience was the older lady moved on to the next customer WHILE we were STILL at the counter. So rude.

  4. Very Nice Walmart Super Centre. . It is well set up . Clean store with lots of room to move around. Vegetable area is Stocked with lots of Fresh well displayed Vegetables.

  5. I bought a baby jumper online through the Walmart website set to the Brantford location and opted to pick up in store as it was listed as in stock and available to pick up the day of. Got my picked and packed confirmation email saying it was ready for pickup (all the emails confirming the purchase had the photo of the jumper I paid for and correct product number matching the websites) and upon my husband going to pick it up, they said it wasn’t actually picked or packed, so the employee took a photo of the email (photo of the product and product number) and went back in to retrieve it. My husband had to sit in a pick up spot for 20 minutes before she came back out and put the box in his truck, upon getting home and unpacking the, also damaged, box out of the truck we noticed it in fact was not the jumper I bought. I called customer service and the lady who picked up very rudely told me that I could not exchange it and would have to bring it back to the store to return and wait for the charge to return to my card to get my money back and re-purchase the jumper that I had actually paid for that was still there. Upon getting there the following day I took jumper that was not the one I ordered to customer service where they did the return but then told me they couldn’t help me any further and I’d have to go to the baby department and ask them to help me. When I finally found an employee in the department he told me upon searching that they were now out of stock and would not have any more until June( this happened in May). So back I went to customer service and I asked to speak with management (in which an eye roll and audible attitude was given) to see if somehow I could get the jumper before June. The manager had no idea what I was talking about and went on a long winded explanation about how there’s a baby food shortage that isn’t their fault to which I corrected him saying that I hadn’t returned baby formula, I was inquiring about a baby jumping table. Even after showing him all the emails I received he made me scroll through the website on his phone to show him the product on the website that I had already shown him a photo and product number along with my order number in my email, for him to just point out that it’s now listed as a later dated only home delivery option now, which we already discussed the department saying it’s out of stock. He had no answers as to what happened to my actual order or why we weren’t asked if a substitute was fine and only offered me to re order the proper product online again and have it delivered to my house and THEN if it was again the wrong product delivered they would talk about doing something to compensate for the situation. Wasted two trips worth of gas and now I’m out $130 for 4-5 days pending the return and no product purchased to show for the lack of money. And now going on three days extra now that my poor teething baby doesn’t have the jumper he should’ve had days ago. Won’t be doing any more orders or recommending others to from this Walmart location.
