1. Literally the worst Walmart branch I’ve experienced. I’ve had the misfortune of shopping here a few times and after this last time I’m definitely not going to return. I had an item that scanned differently from the price on the shelf. Knowing the fire state of staffing in this Walmart I took a picture to hopefully save myself time at the cash. Unfortunately for me I still waited over 20 mins for a manager to even acknowledge that a price confirmation needed to happen, and even after then this woman disappeared after telling me that someone in that section, needed to be paged. Now I’m not a Walmart employee so I’m not sure how I was supposed to do that. So i left Walmart empty handed, and will just take my business to Amazon…which I should have done in the first place.

2. I don’t always write negative reviews however, the photo departments customer service is terrible. The lady that was there just finished her shift and left. Another employee came by and said she would find someone, it was not till I asked if she could help did this occurs to her. After not being able to find my order, I was told it was not ready. I explained I paid for one hour service and it was three hours later. I then asked when the order would be ready , response was tomorrow. I then said why do you offer one hour service, response was it is Christmas.
   The main reason I am posting this is because this is the third poor customer service experience I had at this store, and the fact the people working there seemed bothered to service a customer, is not good.
   Do better Walmart, provide staff who provide customer service, or train better.
   Currently I have been on hold for 15 minutes waiting to speak to a manger.

3. I’m tired of receiving Horrible “fresh”
   Produce from Walmart. During time of inflation, they continuously put this garbage out in name of food. Why? Is our money so worthless or customer experience has gone down the gutter? Everything goes? This is my 4th round of receiving such ginger. Rotten and moldy inside. I’m just done with this service.

4. My wife & I were in the Walmart in Milton on Steeles Ave this afternoon and as we walked by the deli section. I noticed some ham & cheese pre-made sandwiches. One looked really bad. The ham was clear not pink like normal. I picked it up and gave it to the guy behind the counter and showed him & said it looked bad. He looked at me puzzled. So we want on our way. But I stopped to look back to see what he was going to do. He walked over to a woman in white clothing with the sandwich in his hand and they talked and he walked away with the sandwich and put it back on the shelf with the others. Look at the one on the left. Bad Bad! This is why Walmart is sleazy!

5. I would give them 0 if I could. Horrible service. Delays in responding to pick up calls, pathetically long wait time for grocery pick up, wrong orders delivered to customer. When you try to call customer service at the store, nobody picks up. I called the 800 number to discuss my experience, nobody cares about it and is not willing to do anything. My complaint was escalated, someone called back the next day told me we will improve our service and hung up!!! Definitely not going there again, telling all my friends and family never to go there again.
