1. Forgot bags, didn’t really worry about it because Walmart should have them right? Wrong. It’s pouring rain out and wasn’t until i got to the self checkout the employee informed me they didn’t have any bags. Was already halfway through scanning and didn’t feel like putting everything back and going to a different store. Figured it’s fine I’ll just take the basket out to my car and bring it right back right? Wrong. Couldn’t bring the basket out, had to get a cart, all the items I purchased were soaked by the time I made it to my car. You stop supplying plastic bags fine, I understand but make sure you have the reusable in stock. The employees are always rude, the store is consistently out of stock of anything you need and the experience is always less than satisfactory.

2. This Boxing Week sale item is found at the same price as the original price. Although they said they marked 50% off discount, the price tag behind the boxing week ad tells you the truth.

   Seems like they do not have much staff working on Boxing Day. A lot of shelves (even promotion shelves) are empty. Some sections are just mess. Self-checkout machines are closed even though customers are lined up for checkout.

3. The staff in the McDonald’s in this Walmart this morning were absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way and above and beyond to satisfy one lonely customer. I appreciate them and I appreciate that. Thank you.

4. Did the online grocery pickup. Called the store pickup, said they would send someone out. 17 minutes later someone comes out and says my order won’t be ready and they 4PM-5PM orders aren’t ready yet, I have a 5-6pm order wrote this at 5:25pm. The gentleman then handed me these 3 useless pieces of cardboard advertising their app? Would stay away from the store pick up as this is maybe the 3rd time it has happened to me.

5. It’s always a hit or a miss when it comes to who you deal with when you shop at this location. You get the nice one’s, you get the crusty ones. Generally, I don’t go here a lot but if I do, it’s mainly first thing when it opens. I always find the staffs that’s working at the self check out are always the nicest to deal with (just from my interaction with them from time to time). Shopping experience wise, lots of stock based on what you’re looking for and items are neatly organized by departments.
