2 months agoGood customer service. There was an associate available at the payment center in the event help was needed. There was little to no wait time. The vacuums we used had good suction which is extremely important. They also had a good selection of fragrances, window cleaners and plenty of towels.3 weeks agoThey will offer you 50% your first month. That’s a good deal. But beware. They won’t cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel for 2 months and they continue to charge me and never answer the phone. When you go to the car wash they only have teens working and nobody can help. They all say “we will cancel it”.4 months agoI have used this car cleaning service exclusively for several years…I have a membership now which means I wash my care more often and don’t feel the need to wait until I have time for vacuuming…My car always looks great including my tires. The vacuuming system works very well. Lastly and very important…I have always had great customer service by all the young men working there and feel my business is appreciated.2 months agoI’ve been a member of this wash for a few months now, and am always impressed with how efficient the wash is and how friendly and helping the staff is as well. The manager Josh, is always ensuring my car is in the best shape possible, and going out of his way if there’s anything I need, or even noticing things I may have missed. It runs you through it so fast that it doesn’t get your car clean and you have to spend hours redoing it. My car was not that dirty but I spent over an hour and a half at the vacuums trying to get the outside of the car cleaned back up.. I was really disappointed the first time and thought it would be better this time because my car was not as dirty as my mom’s was when I took it through I pressure washed my car before I came there with a pressure washer. The front and the top of the car we’re still dirty. Before you go through they don’t have enough time to put the stuff on the front of the car to take the bugs off then it speed you through it so fast that it doesn’t get it clean this is twice and I’m very disappointed I almost wish I hadn’t took out the club deal

a week agoI took both my car and my daughter’s car. It was a terrible mistake. I would have been better doing it myself. They just ran a vacuum across the interior and didn’t clean or was the mats. The armor all was everywhere. They dry you car with the same rags that were used on the car before you. There was animal hair on my dashboard and I don’t have pets. I would strongly suggest you go to a car wash and dry it yourself you will have better results.a month agoI can’t say enough great things about Walters. Great local family owned business and they always do a great job. My car was mess and I drove out feeling like it was a brand new car! Fast and efficient. You won’t be disappointed!a month agoIt’s a place to get your car clean. They pay no real attention to cleaning the streaks off windows and vacuuming under your seat or in your hatch nack area. Every time I have gone there, I have to adk them to vacuum the hatch or trunk area and clean the windows again. When you order the highest package, it’s no different from the one below it. They are supposed to armor all seats but I can’t tell the difference and the same powder that was on my seat was still on the seat after the cleaning but they are supposed to armorall that same seat and just lightly wipe my seat off to clean spilt powder. I had to take home every time to finish the job. I do not recommend this place unless you’re too busy to clean it yourself.6 months agoGuy who detailed the inside left white residue on back seat and left a ring on my leather seats where he set a spray bottle down on it. This happened on a Saturday afternoon and I did not notice it to Sunday morning. They were closed and I had to clean it before church because I had lunch plans with the pastor. I called them on Monday to tell them and all they said was bring it in and let them see and I told them I had already took care of it because I had plans the day before and I did not wan4 months agoI took my car and my husband’s crv to Walter’s and they were busy but I was in and out pretty fast and they did a great job.

I’m here at least once a week with my monthly membership. The staff always does a great job and are friendly and helpful. Easy to get in and out when I don’t have much time and prices are great considering how often I use my membership.
We used to use love this car wash. Now they don’t have he buckets before you pay, that allow you to scrub down the car first 👎 the car wash seemed great but when you get out to wipe down the car, nope. Especially how wet the car is still!! Unfortunately the towels I got to choose from didn’t even feel dry. And now are a different texture. I had to use double the towels this time. We will NOT be returning. If you need a quick wash for $6, sure. I wasted $20 on a lousy wash. Such a shame. They used to be great.
Best car wash in town!! They really helped me get my car clean from my trip this past weekend. The staff really knew the different wash packages to fit my needs. Caleb and Wilson were very helpful!
This car wash will definitely get the job done. I drive on the interstate every day and have loads of bugs on my windshield. They come clean every time I should definitely look into the memberships next time I go.
Staff is very nice and have even gotten to know some of them on a first name basis.
Payment is so easy with my card, customer service was a 10/10 help at the checkout was great and my car was scrubbed. I loved that employs checked on me after the wash. vaccines sucked hard
