3 years agoSpeed and quality doesn’t seem to be their top priority. Yesterday I came in to try and get my oil changed. Not only did I leave after about 2 hours of waiting, but during that time a van they were working on had to be back out of the garage due to it smoking and leaking oil. One car isn’t a big deal. Today I came by and tried again but as soon as I pulled up, there was ANOTHER smoking vehicle that had to be rolled out. Two cars makes me worried. After that car stopped smoking and left another one took its place. Surprise surprise, it too started to smoke and had to be backed out. If you want your car to survive an oil change PLEASE go somewhere else. Here are two pictures of the cars after they stopped smoking.2 months agoYou get what you pay for. Quick informed service. My 2011 Corolla has brittle plastic parts that are very fragile. They broke one and replaced it, after informing me, free of charge. Complimentary cappuccino and filtered water.3 years agoUnsure of why people complain about waiting times – what do you expect without an appointment?! I had an awesome service done here. Came in for an oil change and discovered some other things that needed to be fixed. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a nice place to sit outside. Would give these guys 10 stars if I could. These other negative comments are not representative of the service that is done here. Also, if you are kept past their estimated time – they will give you FREE car washes. 10/10 best experience I’ve had with my vehicle!a year agoThey fixed the issues caused by the last person that did an oil change on my vehicle. It took a lot longer than a normal oil change, but they did not charge me extra. Very friendly!2 months agoThis place takes forever! One person in front of us and we waited almost an hour to move to the front of the line. Left and will not return. Unbelievable and unacceptable for a “fast oil change”.

a year agoDoes what it says.Great service. I was in uniform and went to pay for my car wash, the gentleman at the cashier’s window looked at me and said “you are good” and provided a free car wash.
I will support this business now and in the future.
3 months agoMy husband purchased an unlimited wash package for me. When I went there, I drove up in the middle “APP line” and there was no one in front of me but the mechanical arm wasn’t going up. I looked to my left and to my right and cars were proceeding to go. They got there after I did but the arm was still not going up for me to proceed into the car wash so I thought it might be broken and I was in need of assistance so rather than getting out of my car and walking across the cashier lane and up to the window, I lightly tapped on my horn, this is when an employee came up to my window and proceeded to tell me how extremely rude I am and that I had no business honking my horn because “can’t I see how freaking busy they are?” I told him I had been sitting there for a while, and I thought maybe it was horn activated because this was my first time there or maybe it was malfunctioning because other cars were proceeding in the other lanes. After he walked away, the arm opened and I went into the car wash, I left and immediately called and told the manager what happened. The manager yelled at me for being rude as well so I would not recommend Tommy’s to anyone. Not only are they mean to their customers but the wash is extremely fast and does a subpar job, even when your car isn’t particularly dirty, and that is the honest to God truth. I never received an apology from anyone, so they obviously don’t need my business.3 months agoIf you want a quick car wash, this is the place to go. You get a quick reasonably priced wash without any human touching. The downside, the car does not get as clean as it could and does not get dry.a year agoSecond time using the car wash and AGAIN my license plate is bent. I checked it before ever leaving the place. Went up to the window and the guy at the window was less than helpful. I asked him to have his manager call me about this happening and he said it wasn’t worth his time. That unless it was major damage no one would be contacting me. Told him I had pictures from the first time it happened to prove it and I had posted a review on it and he didn’t care! NOT HAPPY!!! This should not be happening to my license plate and he blew it off as my plate was lose. No, it is not loose!2 months agoI don’t know what they have in the water but my car shines like never before and I swear it stays clean longer. Not sure if it’s because of the wax they use or what. Only draw back is I wish it dried better.

The price is great here for monthly subscriptions but there’s absolutely no point when the wash leaves your car soapy and dirty all over. Like it misses the bottom half of my Altima almost completely. If I wanted to hand wash my car in winter I wouldn’t give you guys my money. I have to vacuum my side mirrors because the rinse doesn’t get the soap in the mirrors so if I was to drive straight out of the car wash I’ll have soap flung all across both sides of my car. The head pieces of the vacuums comes off, with every aspect of my experience here now being incredibly frustrating I’m pretty much done with it. Currently in search of another place. I’ve been subscribed to Clean N Classy with several different cars over the past four years or so and it’s consistently gone downhill. The picture I’m uploading is an example of what happens if I just drive away straight out of the wash. This doesn’t even show how bad the car looks outside of it but you get it.

The car wash is a lot better than a Kwik trip type car wash. The soft touch actually gets my windshield clean (dirty usually on left and right of windshield washer blade.

Loved the wash and free vacs! Customer service was great. I tried the 1 cent for a month promo. I was able to cancel the promo the day before it expired and was not charged for another month. I will start up the monthly packages again in late fall, just didn’t need them as much in the summer.
Recieved a coupon for a free carwash (worth $20 according to the coupon). Decided to use it, because I’m new to the area and wanted to find a carwash as good as the one where I came from. I can definitely say Clean N Classy is **not** it. Glad the coupon was for a FREE wash, because I would not spend anywhere near $20 for what I got. It wasn’t anything fancy, and there’s still a ton of dead bugs all over the front, with dirt still on the bottom/sides of my car. The vacuums are okay, but nothing spectacular. They don’t even have window cleaner or anything for the interior. I’m used to Wizard Wash, which charges the same price and gives waaaayyyyy more in return.
Very quick service, no long lines when I have been there.
