2 months agoI just left there about 30 minutes ago and I paid for the basic… They shined the tires they didn’t wipe down none of the other leather surfaces…I paid to wash the mats they just banged them together and just vacuumed the gravel that’s was in the mat they did a half job vacuuming my car in general They didn’t vacuumed the trunk.. still debri in the creases of my trunk ..Basically i just gave them $40. They must of changed owners because they weren’t like this before. Never again and I will tell people I know don’t go to them either. I could’ve washed my car myself and saved me $402 months agoSTAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!!!! I came here on a Saturday morning around 8am and got the Diamond wash (with tax and tip it cost me well over $80.00). Upon arrival, I kindly instructed ALL THE GENTLEMEN in the front and the back to NOT open my trunk because I was attending a very important event and it was filled with valuables that could easily be broken if something were to fall out. They all respectfully responded that they understood and would NOT open my trunk. As I was waiting for my car, I heard a loud noise and I ran outside to find my valuables from my trunk (THAT I ASKED THEM NOT TO OPEN) broken all over the ground and everything was shattered. I immediately went to the person that was working at the desk and explained the situation, took photos of my broken valuables all over the floor and was told by the gentleman at the front that I should contact “Jin” the owner, and he would take care of the situation for me. I proceeded to tip the guys that performed my service and I went home and immediately called back and asked for Jin but he was never available. After TWO WEEKS of calling and leaving messages for Jin, he never got back to me until the THIRD WEEK I tried calling and he FINALLY took my call!!!! The moment I spoke with him, he was VERY NASTY and told me that there was NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME!! HE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR BREAKING MY VALUABLES AND NEVER TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING!!!! I have been in the customer service industry for well over two decades and this is NOT how you treat your customers!!! If my workers ever broke a customer’s items, even if it were by accident I would first offer my apologies and speak with them in a kind manner and be sympathetic towards them. I was not treated kindly AT ALL and Jin was beyond nasty to me and my valuables were broken and there was no recourse. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this car wash. Quite frankly, judging by the other reviews, it looks like they are going downhill anyway so go somewhere where you will be treated like an actual human being and not like garbage. I stopped coming here because they were bad last time in December of 2022 and I thought I would give another chance! Worst mistake! There is water spots over the car, not vacuumed well at all, mirrors dirty, trunk dirty and I specifically asked them to vacuum the trunk but that even they didn’t do well! I wish I could get my $38 + $10tip back because this was not worth a penny! I called the place but no answer. The guy didn’t even wipe the car rims or wax anything. What the hell was this guy doing???? Please save your money and time and go elsewhere!a year agoPaid $30 for the coconut grove wash and left with a dirty car. There Is still hair all over my car, front passenger seat, back seats and middle console. At BEST they probably did a quick once over and just moved on. I’ll concede that typically trunk is not Included in most washes, but even so the rest of my car is still dirty. I came to a car wash to get my car cleaned as I don’t have the equipment at home to do or myself, but with how bad this is I think my regular vacuum could have done better.There is still soap on my rear view window. There are water spots over my car. And I honestly don’t think they did all the outside treatments they were supposed to do with that package. A waste of money to get one of the most expensive and inclusive packages.
It is also worth noting that it WAS NOT busy, so it is not like they had to rush to move other cars along. There was maybe one or two other cars at the same time.
With the current state of my car I’ll either have to go somewhere else or do it myself. Waste of Time and money.

a year agoExtremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I got a Platinum full service wash on my Odyssey. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They took their time, and the end result was wonderful. My car is feeling brand new. They wiped down everything including the dashboard and door panels, vacuumed the seats and floor mats, cleaned the windows and even cleared my cupholders that had melted wax smothered all over it. My steering wheel and pedals all feel like they were replaced with new ones. The total cost was around $40 and it was well worth it. I’ve been to five corners hand wash located on hillside ave and they don’t take this much detail into consideration. The staff here are very kind, and will take care of you, incase you didn’t like how they did something. Will definitely be coming back with the other cars we own. If you want this same wash that i got, ask for a Platinum Full service. It’s very worth it. I’m glad i found a place that really knows how to get the job done properly. Paid $18 for the “Best” package that included a tire shine. Did not receive one. The wash itself was fine, but pretty short and quick… can’t complain since it’s called “express”.
Edit : photos included of the “tire shine”. This is 5 hours after. The tires are clean but not “shiny”.
I only use this car wash for the quick drive thru – it is the only place I can recall that lets you stay in the car and they really help you out timewise – after all – isn’t time the most valuable thing in the world? No frills – you get in, you come out, you get your car mildly cleaned in a minute. All you really need to do is get your own tire shine and apply it at home and you’ve saved yourself an hour and 20 bucks you would’ve spent elsewhere. This is the best place for those on the go.
I went in for a $30 car wash and I was very underwhelmed with the results. The tire shine was uneven and there was dried water marks on the car that wouldn’t come off. Also my belongings that were in my door compartments were just left on my seats when I came back to my car. I understand that they were cleaning the compartments, but I would’ve appreciate that my items would’ve been put back where they belong
This is a basic car wash so if that’s all youre looking for its fine. Difficult to communicate unfortunately due to the language barrier. If you’re asking for extra it’s challenging. Glad I asked about my antenna and requested it taken care of before it got ruined… My truck was filthy before and now it’s much cleaner so that’s good 👍
I just got the basic car wash … exterior and the car was still dirty. I know it’s a $10 wash but shouldn’t it be a little clean at least? I Feel like since I’m paying it should be done right regardless of how inexpensive the package is. .Not sure if I will come here anymore.
