a month agoI pay for the monthly unlimited wash. It is quick easy, and the new management. Streamlined the process to make it faster. Truly an in and out experience. Truck comes out nice and shiny every time.3 weeks agoThis location totally scammed me and I did not receive anything in writing so shame on me. I had signed up for an auto wash membership price of $10.50, I was told that this was such an amazing deal because this price would be locked in for the lifetime of my membership and would never go up. I was given the advice that I could pause my membership rather than cancel in the future so this price could remain the same. Shame, shame. Corporate said this is is only a 3-month promo and sure enough my price doubled on month 4. Congrats you got an extra $10 out of me but you will never see another penny from me again. Poor, poor business practice.2 weeks agoHave gone twice as a comparison to another local car wash while considering a monthly wash club. First time got the cheapest wash available. Car was reasonably clean after the wash. Driers worked better than that at another car wash, however, noticed my windshield wipers getting lifted slightly by the driers, which concerned me. Afterwards, there’s a detailing room with cleaning wipes, windex, pet hair rollers, etc which was a great bonus!Second visit I got the next step up in carwash options to test what you’d get for a monthly membership. This time I was less impressed with the cleanliness of my car after I came out. I’ve only done normal driving; commuting to work in town and 1 highway drive usually every 1-2wks, but nothing different from the average driver. There was still quite a bit of debris, bugs, etc on my vehicle in various locations and a portion of the tailgate that somehow was completely missed- it was dry and had pollen/dust on it. Driers again lifted the windshield wipers slightly off the glass on my way through. Detailing room had pet hair rollers and windex today, but none of the car interior wipes – just a bunch of empty containers laying on the floor.
I didn’t try asking for more detailing wipes so not sure if that room just hadn’t been stocked that day (but it was midmorning so one would think that would be part of the opening duties at the wash). I was unable to use the mat washer due to my molded floor mats, so can’t speak to that, but they do have a floor mat washer as well. Overall, experience was ok. Due to the inconsistent cleaning from the wash and the concern over my windshield wipers possibly being broken some day, I think I’ll keep looking.
3 weeks agoUsed to be my favorite car wash in town. But was just told my old truck has to much rust to go tho. Can you get a sign at the entrance of what isn’t allowed. I sat 5 mins waiting for a truck to go tho only to be told I can go tho. I get the rust might get cought in the brushes but can you tell people before they waste there time. Luckily rocket wash just opened down the road2 months agoNice staff and did the $10 wash and it was definitely worth the price. And the heated dryers are a plus!

4 months agoThis place is awesome and the vacuums work so good. I just had my car washed at rocket wash since the birds decided to decorate my car, and it didn’t even get everything off! Wasted 20$ At nappa they spray your car before it gets washed. I chose the 12$ wash and my car looks great now!4 months agoFriendly staff. Free vacuum. Wash does good job (they pre-power spray by hand). The towel dry is the best. No other place around does that. I put a $20 bill in for a $5 basic wash. $10 change, receipt would not print, saw $5 light go on in the car wash. Manager told me a got a silver wash. Attendant didn’t check pickup truck in front of me to see if his box was clean, when I followed thru after him my cars unscratched near perfect paintjob was ruined. Deep scratches on hood roof and trunk. Stopped back after I noticed it in garage and alls they could say was wow the car is dirty. I told them I drove it thru wash and drove it home into garage. I just bought car 2005 Bonneville from car Collector in Texas 4 weeks ago. It was stored in an aircraft hanger it had only seen rain once.

DAMAGED VEHICLE, AVOID THIS PLACE. Visited on a busy day when weather was nice. Used middle lane and other cars obscured my vision to see they have a sign posted saying to completely remove your antenna (really?) and basically they aren’t responsible for anything. Guess what? Antenna was bent & broken and front license plate bent. I also bought the most expensive wash that supposedly had a 3-stage wheel & tire cleaning but it didn’t even touch the tire mounting gunk or basically any sidewall dirt on my new tires. Spoke with manager who said they aren’t responsible, it’s my fault, and they wouldn’t even refund the cost of the wash that didn’t clean properly. Manager started bending my antenna/plate back without asking my permission and damaged them further. 100% never visiting their locations again and will spread the word. Be prepared they will damage your car!
Best Automated Carwash Around. You have 3 choices from $8, $12 or $18 for a one time. There is a teller lane or you can use the automated self-paying lane which takes debit and credit cards. I recommend the monthly subscription for unlimited carwash that has its own lane for no waiting. Free manual vacuuming towards the exit. Automated gate at exit, so no one can sneak in. Well, lite lot. Attend helps guide vehicles on tracks of carwash. Located conveniently on corner. Stop lights help get in and out very easily. The vehicle comes out spotless in under 3 minutes.
I love this place. I didn’t know that they raised the basic wash price to eight dollars but I’m not complaining. I realize businesses have to cover their expenses.
Love that I can do the basic wash take my time vacuuming my car, wash the mats from the car and check the air pressure in all of my tires all while I’m there.
I can’t give you a comparison because I honestly haven’t been anywhere else in town to wash the car and the last recent five years
Wash is alright. Most of the time I need to come through a second time to actually really clean the car. Vacuum suction isn’t very good and overall lot looks pretty dirty. Also a blonde girl has helped me a few times there and has very poor customer service even rolling her eyes at me once! Can’t justify giving more than one star.
Lots of brushes so if you prefer touch less (better if you need a light wash or want to prevent scratches) not the place for you. Got the windshield really clean, but missed some bugs on my side mirror.
