I called Crane and Brian answered right away. He was able to give me a rough quote upon sending him some pictures. He called back right away and let me know what it would cost at the worst case. I found his quote reasonable so I asked to be scheduled right away. Even though they didn’t have any openings for another two days, they took my details and committed to call by 11 am to let me know if they could possibly fit me in the same day. I got a call from Jess at around 11, confirming their tech would be over within the hour and he was promptly here at noon. He cut and replaced both the copper supply lines, flex tubes and the compression fittings all within an hour or so. Their prices were very reasonable. Everybody that I dealt with at Crane was very professional and courteous. They quality of work was excellent and they are very reliable. I would highly recommend Crane plumbing in Kenosha. At this point they have replaced all the drains in our old house between the 2 times we had to call them out in the last 2 years. Both times Brian, the owner, came out and gave us an accurate very reasonable quote. This last time Brandon and his apprentice Jamel came and did the work within a week of getting the quote, and they were fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything very well and walked us through our options as they worked and uncovered issues. We also got a great recommendation for dry wall repair that turned out great. He did a great job and didn’t stop until he was sure the problem was fixed. He also found another leak under the kitchen sink and fixed that one as well. Christian was our service guy. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing. He worked nonstop 3 1/2 hrs with 3 of those hours outside in 35⁰ weather. The tree roots he pulled out of the drain pipe was unreal. He wouldn’t stop until he was satisfied with getting it out and the sludge was gone and clear water flowing.
He then had to take the toilet up and work in the bathroom.
He cleaned up everything and wrote down his suggestions for the village to continue the rest of repair out front.
I will definitely call this company again if needed and ask for him if he’s available.
Tonight I noticed that my sewer was not draining in my laundry room. I immediately started calling different plumbing companies. The rates just to come out to take a look were outrageous. I called Roto Rooter and Danny came to save the day. He was professional. He made sure to explain the issues that were occurring. Most importantly I got good service at a responsible price. Thank you Danny!
They sent a plumber out immediately and the customer service was very professional. The plumber communicated extremely well and he let me know exactly what had to be done to repair the issue. He took pictures and a video and he was very professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the price was very high but I know the plumber doesn’t have anything to do with those. I had a sump pump go out and it flooded my basement. Christian and Matt from roto rooter responded quickly. They did a great job clearing the block in my sewer line and also cleared a block in my bathroom sink line. Great service and even better technicians. Will definitely use roto rooter again
This service was very impressive and very professional they have a team of people that arrived at your house the first person come in and identify the problem and then the second person come in and service the problem they were very knowledgeable about what was going on and gave some advice on anything that they could see a possible problem in the future. When the service person first arrived at your house he knocked on the door during this time he was covering his shoes so he does not damage your floor he was assessing where his equipment can be so he can know exactly how he will pinpoint the problem the roto service that I received was so good that he went 40 feet was able to connect to the City sewer.
Signing up for the service was a piece of cake you go right online the same day and schedule your appointment during this time remember if there are any discount codes place those into the comments during your scheduling to get an additional $75 or $100 off of your service however I did not do that and I called the office and they were so professional that they still gave me $112 off of with the code that the Danta had found.
Danta was very professional and when there was something a customer do not understand he took the time to explain He and his team went an excessive moment to make sure the customer was happy in the end they put the customer first.
