a month agoDisappointed. More expensive than most car washes for just the basic wash and no complementary towels to dry off. Their soap was a little stinky as well. Didn’t leave my car feeling fresh like I would’ve liked.10 months agoQuick and cheap car wash, got the job done for my SUV and staff was nice. However once I got home I looked at my car and realized there were horizontal hairline scratches on it, most notably on the plastic parts. My car is literally brand new, just a few months old so I know it is not from wear and tear, and I hand washed before winter started. While at quick glance they are not noticeable, if this car wash scratches my car after one basic wash, over time it will cause significant damage. This car wash needs to assess whatever brushes they are using because unlimited customers may likely become unhappy customers if they come here year round, and unhappy that my plastic sides are already scratched. Still really clean and friendly staff!4 months agoThis place is always super busy, but they have 2 washes and at least 4 entrances, which helps things move along better. Just the right amount of soap and water to remove the grime. They used to have problems with leaving a lot of soap on my car, but that was remedied long ago. Great place, great staff, and solid car wash.As of Feb 11, 2023 we’re back to having lots of leftover soap on the car. Wasn’t especially cold or anything either. Maybe an off day, so we’ll see if it’s a pattern next week.

Huge waste of time and revenue loss for that car wash. As a fellow business owner I would suggest not turning away customers offering you money for your services $50 for a one time wash is more lucrative than $50 for unlimited…a week agoI called this place three times to cancel my membership and they kept charging my card. The last time I called, the manager said that he couldn’t look at messages before May when they had been bought by another company and couldn’t see that I had called to cancel and therefore couldn’t give me my money back. I ended up paying more than $200 for a car wash membership that was supposed to be for a month. The manager, Dill, told me that if Netflix but Hulu, Netflix would not be responsible for Hulu mistakes, meaning he is not responsible for the previous company’s mistakes.a month agoLoved this place. Had my Z06 hand washed in Riverton. Other 3 vehicles went through normal wash in SoJo then management change. No hand wash, no drying, no tire shine. They reversed most all of the changes and are trying to do it right. Still some kinks but will keep using.a month agoWorst experience ever they don’t even deserve one star. I was yelled at and told to leave before I had even gotten my car detailed. I still got my car done, but it was the worst job ever. There was still dirt and grime everywhere, they didn’t vacuum or clean my trunk, no windows were washed. Definitely wish I would have left when they first told me to.

Best quick quack on this side of side valley. Better than both the Herriman and the south Jordan one. From the customer service to the way the car gets washed it’s noticeably different. I have 3 vehicles on the plan and this location is the smoothest and quietest. The brushes don’t slap any of my cars hard, not even my truck. It’s also very quiet in comparison to the others. Maybe because it was built as a quick quack and not retro fitted as one?
I absolutely love quick quack! I bring my nephew here just about every chance I get because he not only loves the wash and loves the colors; he absolutely adores the people, and is always amazed at the drawing some of them can do, just as I am. 10/10 recommend! I’ve been a long time quick quack fan. to say this store is amazing is an understatement! Lela checked me in and was so quick and polite about answering my questions. The wash itself had a really nice smell and freshly washed towels in the vacuum lot to touch up my car. i highly recommend stopping by
