a year agoFlorida native and resident. The last time I visited Clearwater Beach was 1983. The place has really changed. We completely enjoyed the environment. We rented a private beach front condo, The Villas of Clearwater, via B&W Management. B&W Management was very well organized, proactive and all about customer satisfaction before, during, and after our stay. The condo was CLEAN, fully equipped and matched the photos on the site! All we needed to bring was clothes and food! We looked at larger 3 bedroom options for our stay as we anticipate more family and friends might join us. The Villas are just a few minutes walk (couple blocks) north of the busy area near the Sandpearl and traffic turnabout. In this area you will find many food options, shops, and nightlife. The beach is well maintained and managed by local authority. All water activities are for rent just steps down the beach. We only needed the car to shop at Publix for food and the gym. It is just down from where all the restaurants are so it is easily walkable, but it is very quiet as it is out of all of crowded places. We loved it so much we came back for the second year this January and actually bought one of the units. The management company is fantastic. Mona helped us so much and did everything imaginable to make the stay perfect.2 years agoSo easy, to get your own private spot7 years agoWe had the BEST time staying here for a week. The condo was perfect, large, clean and had everything we needed to get by for a week. The view of the ocean was absolutely breath taking. This was for sure one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The kids loved it as well. 5 star all the way. We will be back!

11 months agoMy friend and I stayed at the Enchanted Inn in July 2022 and already returned in September 2022. This place is everything and more someone could want for a vacation! Step out your back door and overlook the pool, tiki bar, and water (we even got to see dolphins one day!). The beach is a 5 minute walk, but most days we just enjoyed our time out back because it was so amazing there. We didn’t get a rental car and just Ubered from the airport, as everything (restaurants, shops, etc.) are all in walking distance. The suites are clean and provide everything you need. The owner, Joe, spoke with us both times and is so friendly and nice. Matt, the property owner is amazing to deal with and all around great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for a wonderful getaway! Every time we land back in Maryland, we start planning our next trip back!a year agoAir BNB Enchanted Inn Clearwater Beach way more than could have ever expected! This our first time using Air BNB and it had everything we needed for vacation! Matt was very helpful on romantic things to do around here before our Big Day Wedding in Three Days on Clearwater Beach couldn’t be more satisfied knowing Enchanted Inn is such a Great place! Thank you Matt for everything and going out of your way to make our stay feel at home! And the bottle of champagne was a great topping on the cake! Will definitely recommend and stay here again!2 years agoWe had a great stay at this lovely, well located, and well decorated room with a waterfront view. It was within walking distance of the beach and the strip of restaurants/bars, as well as next door to a watersport rental location and close to bike rentals. This will forever be a memorable location as my boyfriend proposed on this trip. Matt went above and beyond in helping to make this happen by giving recommendations for locations and helping with the setup, including preparing the room beautifully with champage, cake, flowers and balloons for when we returned to the room. It was truly special, and we look forwards to returning to this memorable spot. Thanks Matt!2 years agoThis is best place to stay! Location was ideal, close to shopping, restaurants, within walking distance to the beach, plus it has a dock on opposite side, which is great for fishing on the bay. Pool right outside your door, and plenty of chairs/tables to relax and get some sun. In the mornings, sit out on your private patio with a cup of coffee, and watch the sunrise! The suite we were in, #1, was ideal with comfortable bed/pillows, kitchenette, full size refrigerator, with loads of kitchen items. All you need is your clothes and food, — the room has everything else. Matt was a super host and was a phone call away if you needed anything. We will be back!4 years agoThe best inn I’ve stayed in. Nice relaxing view and quiet place. Walking distance from town and the beach, didn’t have to drive anywhere. Will be staying here again!

What a fabulous cottage. Loved staying at this place. Cozy convenient cottage. Literally steps from the beach. Ready to use appliances. Housing staff was so helpful and nice. The cottage is very well kept. Within walking distance of just about everything to do in Clearwater. Capt. Al is very nice. Checking in was easy and communication with the host is easy and the response time is superb. I will definitely be staying at this place again.
The cottage itself was adorable. It is in the vicinity of at least a few bars so if you are a lite sleeper bring plugs. There were people walking by talking loudly every night til 2 or 4 am, then the trash service started running extremely early as well right outside the window. All in all if you like the bar scene, or you don’t mind the noise this is a great little place. We didn’t feel unsafe at all, just loud.
This Airbnb🏘is perfect👍if your looking 📲👀for a small comfy🏘cottage with🏝🏖beach vibes. The hot💦tub(fits 4-6👨👩👧👧👨👦people) is definitely one of the best features! Inside🛖there is 1 big🛌bedroom, 1 small🛏bed, 2🛋🛏pull out matresses, 1 bathroom🚽🧻and a tiny 🔪kitchen. They also supply🚲🚲bikes, beach🏖chairs, a♨️grill, beach🏝toys🏐🥏🏓for kids, and more. The beach is literally 1 minute walking distance. Also mini🚶♀️🚶♂️shops🩱🛍🩳are within walking distance too. Cottages🏘of Clearwater is a perfect💜Airbnb for beach🌅🌊lovers to🏘🏝stay!
I booked the pineapple cottage directly through the owners. I paid in full at the time of booking. Initially they transcribed my credit card number incorrectly. When I didn’t get a confirmation within 24 hours I called back and the error was corrected. I asked twice in that phone call if there was any possibility the cottage had been booked online. I was assured it had not and that I was booked for the cottage. When we arrived nobody was around but some guests sitting in the hot tub. They said our keys should be in the door. I found my cottage and no keys. I called Al and was told that the cottage was occupied and in fact had been double booked. I was told they could offer 1 night at another motel (we drive there and it was not the type of place we booked) and would refund the difference. In my opinion with a mistake like this we should have been offered the room for 1 night complimentary for the inconvenience and stress this caused us. We were just told he would refund the difference but did not give what price this lesser accommodation would be he just said “it will be less”. After this one night we were told we were on our own to find somewhere to stay for the remainder of the trip. We ended up losing half a day of our vacation finding other accommodations during spring break, not easy. Luckily we got the last available room at a nearby hotel for our entire trip. We were issued a refund however it was obvious the “apology” I was texted was so insincere. The girls staying there also told me their cottage was full of sand and they had to ask for a vacuum to clean it themselves. The cottages complex does not look as nice and clean in person as they do in the photographs either. I recommend you find somewhere to stay where the owner actually cares that your not put out on the street and tell you your on your own. It was very stressful and disappointing experience for my family.
Me and my family came across this Gem of a place! We have came back several time and every time it’s awesome! Captain Al is the best! He’s very friendly and very informative ! This is our go to place in Clearwater !!!
