This practice has had 2 great Drs Allard and Dr. Houston to work for Dr. KRASONOW and as a patient for the last 2yrs these awesome Drs have left. Dr. Houston the newest person was totally awesome and took his time to help his patients feel better and I appreciate the extra time spent on my areas that needed the attention from injuries of a severe car accident. It obviously is something wrong with this practice for Dr. K to have 2 great Drs. To work for him and they both leave so quickly. . Not to mention he had a long time office person to leave in this time as well.. the office staffing is Great but seriously how does a Dr expect people to trust their bodies with new Drs 2x in a year that is ridiculous! DR. K. I really hope you evaluate your office and do a reflection of self because I am not a happy client to loose 2 people who were great medical people and have no backup not to mention your schedule is too booked!By Kendra E. I told her $250 was not attainable for me, which she said the $150 would be inclusive of what I needed.
I have to take this opportunity to express my utter disappointment in how even healthcare professionals handle neurodivergent people. When I mention that stress, trauma, and genetics have lead to the pain (per other healthcare professionals) and I’m being tested for autoimmune diseases because of this, that LAST thing I expect a doctor to do is chuckle and say “What kind of stress have you been under,” as if my CPTSD, depression, anxiety, and ADHD wasn’t enough and he needed further explanation. So I have him a few details that were none of his business, and the rest of the visit was disappointing. (Note – after his condescending chuckle about stress, he informed me I had a hairline fracture in my spine that had healed over time I just must not have treated at the time….a direct correlation to one of the traumatic events I had to share with him)
I’ve had better adjustments at the Joint. And more compassion from strangers in the grocery line. I’m disheartened that I went in for help with pain and left with a bill suddenly that met their cap, and one of their employees walking the CD rom of my not even clear X-rays to say several times “This too shall pass”.
I will commend the intern. Dr. Thacker was able to get my upper back and neck pain to vanish in one sitting. I had been taking steroids and what not to get rid of the pain. He is a magician. Turns out I don’t need the appointment! Dr.Thacker performed a sinus adjustment, and to be honest, I never knew such a thing existed. He explained thoroughly to me exactly what would happen and how i should feel.

I am enjoying the Chiro treatments at the “Joint Chiropractic”. The Service and the Staff are great! I love the warm and personal greetings from the Receptionist. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help. The doctors are so involved in my well being. They are very careful in what they are doing and provide detailed explanations on what and why they are applying specific technics.
The flexibility of the walk-in schedule is awesome. There is never a long wait. Usually, I am in and out within 20-mins max after checking in (that’s only if someone is ahead of me. If no one is ahead of me, it’s less time than that). Love the convenience!

I used the $29 initial consult with low expectations. I was highly impressed with the location, the professionalism and my overall experience. I signed up for their wellness membership (4 visits/mo.) because I truly enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing back pain!
This is my first time seeing a chiropractor. I love the ease of walk-in visits, and everyone here is friendly and kind. I’ve been several times now. They take time to listen, ask good questions, and explain what they are doing. It’s a great option for ease and cost, especially if you haven’t tried chiropractic care before and are curious.

Let me start off by saying that I love The Joint Chiropractic franchises. I travel quite often for work and I workout 5 days a week. I love having access to a chiropractor whenever I need an adjustment whether I am in or out of town.
I visit the South Point location 2-3 times a month throughout the year and I receive 5 star service every visit. I highly encourage all of my clients to join the The Joint Chiropractic franchise near them. If you are reading this and you’re in the Durham area and you need an adjustment visit this location.

Ive been in pain for a long time with no motivation to move or do anything…..one trip to see Dr. Byron and Dr. Patty helped me see that I can move my body without pain. They both get hands on and do thorough exams on everyone, then talks to them about it. Sometimes they both get to work on me if they think another technique may be helpful!
I dont live in Durham so this is not the easiest location for me to get to, but I will drive to see them. Other locations feel like they dont care about me or just give me the exact same adjustments they give everyone. The doctors at this location take the time to ask me what’s wrong check out those areas and make my treatment about me and my pain. They answer any questions I have and give suggestions for how to move better. They don’t try to “sell” me on treatment (other locations feels like your talking to car salesmen) and let their treatment work for them. HIGHLY recommend this clinic and these professionals. If there’s a wait (sometimes they don’t have a receptionist), then it’s worth the wait to be treated here.
