I started shopping here years ago because the store is so conveniently located across the street from the Metro station. It’s always clean and neat and there’s a large selection of clothing, accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, housewares and more. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
This T.J. Max is on the first view very small, but in the lower floor is a huge extension. Everything you know from TJ and good sorted. Specially the employees are very friendly.

A surprising find in downtown DC, this discount store always has surprises for you! The sign outside is small, and, on first entrance, the store seems small, but take the escalators to the bottom floor and almost an entire city block of discounted, designer clothes, personal care products, bed, bath and kitchen items, and home decorations abound! It’s hard to leave this place without something that you’ll love (and, often, didn’t expect to buy). I find the staff very helpful and willing to go out of their way to help (sometimes the customers are ridiculous with their demands and can be rude, but it’s a city store, so it’s kind of par for the course…)
Location is walkable if you’re staying around the DC Metro area. Clothing selection is decent could be better they have a large selection of jewelry and home goods.
