  2. There was a problem in my house for water pressure and wanted to replace my kitchen faucet and small bathroom faucet.plumber (Hayden)came to my house today and fix everything for us.
    Hayden was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Communicated everything up front and kept me informed along the way. I will call Roto Rooter again. Customer service at the office is great as well.Thank you for your service.

  4. Danny is the professional who cleared the line from our washer which had backed up clogging & caused our washer not to properly drain causing water to run under the washer on the floor. He explained the problem & made sure before he left the line was properly flushed out & the machine would properly drain. He gave us a one time 30 day guarantee which was a comfort to us. Danny was very nice & personable & a pleasure to meet. We will use Rotor Rooter in the future & request Danny should we need service again versus just calling a plumber. We have used plumbers before & this company is much preferred Sandra Masnick

    Joel & Brandon came out today to do our Winter Service on our heating system, Just Great Technicians. All the courtesies of putting shoe covers on to asking about the system. They were able to correct a minor issue that could have turned into a major problem. They did not rush through the service call just First Class Service from start to finish. The office staff called and sent emails reminders prior to the service call and informed us when the Technicians were 15 Minutes from our home. The Master Plumbers Heated & Cooling Staff were awesome. We trust them with our needs .

    The company called ahead to tell me the tech would arrive within 30min and he was there in about 10 min or less. Brandon was very professional and experienced. Gave me an estimate in a timely manner and explained every detail of each optional repair. He wasn’t pushy and showed no haste to my decision. He even asked if I had time constraints with the repair, which was nice. The repair itself was top notch and he provided pictures of before and after. I live in Kernersville now, and even though they helped me out in Greensboro, I wouldn’t mind using them again.

    We cannot say enough nice things about Tim. There is a negative review on this page that does not describe our experience at all. He was extremely professional and informative. He went through our service contracts thoroughly and spoke to us about our units. We look forward to seeing Master Plumbers and Tim in the future.

    Brandon L. and Jeff hooked us up on March 17th, 2023. We just moved here a few months ago and could tell the valves on the supply lines going to our sinks and toilets were in bad shape. That and we wanted our main water supply line updated. They were able to remove and replace 15-supply line valves (sorry if I’m not using the correct terminology for all this stuff) and give us a new main supply line with the easy to use quarter turn lever. They also flushed our hot water heater. Both Brandon and Jeff were professional and answered any and all questions we had about what they’d be doing for us today. We also ended up signing up for their membership program, which sounds like a pretty good deal. Your pipe breaks in the middle of the night on a weekend or holiday and they’ll show up for $29. Yeah, that sounds like a good deal to me. We’re glad we signed up for the membership because minutes after they left, one of the lines they worked on in our spare bathroom sprung a leak. We called and they had Brandon P. here in less than an hour (one of the benefits of being a member). Brandon threw a compression fitting on and was in and out in about half an hour. Most of that was waiting a while and checking everything else to ensure everything was working / not leaking anywhere.

    From the initial appointment to the final day of installing my system it went flawless. Communication was awesome and I am in love with my new system.     Can not speak highly enough about the the service we received from Blaze Air. 1st off the whole scheduling process was super easy and they had a technician out the very next day. Dwight our tech was fantastic. He called right when they said he would and showed up right on time. Went over my issue and he set me at ease and let me know this was something he could take care with no problem. 15 mins later Dwight had everything in order and the price was fantastic. This is great company with great people and I like them so much I signed for the service plan which is a steal of a deal. Thank you Blaze Air and Dwight for being awesome.

    Jermaine was awesome. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He didn’t try to over sale me and at the same time made sure I had everything I needed for outlet installation and surge protection. He even offered to help me get my groceries out the car as he was loading up! Customer service at its finest. Will definitely recommend and will be my go to for electrical needs at my home!
