  1. I’ve only had exceptional service with Collins Comfort Masters. They installed my A/C system and I continue to use them for system maintenance. They are always on time and friendly. Jesus was the last technician to perform maintenance on my unit. He was friendly, thorough, and he explained all the work he did during the visit and provided recommendations.   3. Jonathan did a great job. As expected of a 5 star tech he did his job professionally. He thoroughly checked my system troubleshooting why my heating wouldn’t turn on. We had a brand new AC unit installed by a different installer so it should’ve been fine. He went beyond and even told me other ways I can improve my house to get optimal results out of my unit. In the end he tested both heat and cooling twice to ensure that it worked.

  4. Our Heat pump went out last week. Upon getting multiple bids from AC companies, we decided to go with Collins. I’m very happy that we did. Their program through Costco saved us quite a bit of money. Our sales person Kala was fantastic and easy to work with. No pressure, and she explained all of our options. After signature, our new AC split system was installed the very next day! The install crew led by Matthew did a fantastic job. I am very happy and would recommend Collins to anyone needing service or a new unit.

    I came across some damp baseboards in my pantry last night while installing some pet food bins. I wasn’t sure what was going on or where the leak was coming from since it was from inside the wall. After calling a few other places with no luck I came across these guys. I called and almost hung up because I had to leave a message, but Dustin called me back within minutes. He asked a few questions, warned me that they would have to put holes in the walls, which I didn’t really care about, drywall & paint are the last things I am worried about when there is mystery water leaking into my walls. (Another Co. wouldn’t come out without me calling some leak detection company who was closed because they didn’t want to put holes in my wall!) He gave me pricing information and explained that the cost would go toward any repairs. He promised to have a technician come out within the hour. I was so relieved! This was the third or fourth place I had called and finally help was on the way! Patrick arrived in less than an hour, listened to what we had found, and the steps we had taken thus far to find out where it was coming from. He set right to work. He again gave the warning that he would have to open up parts of the wall and we said go for it! Within a short time he was able to pinpoint the leak for us. A tiny nick to a pipe behind our refrigerator had been caused when we had new baseboards installed a couple years ago. Over time, with the expansion and contraction the weakened spot on the pipe finally sprang a leak. He had it repaired a short time later and is having a remediation company to contact us to further inspect for damages and to help repair the drywall for us. I am so thankful for these two gentlemen because I was very panicked. Water can cause a lot of damage in a short amount of time and I wouldn’t have been able to sleep until it was solved. It was a late night, but 100% worth the call.

    Was very impressed with Jack from Wolfgang. I’ve had a few companies/technicians service my AC over the last 12 years. These guys are very professional and on time. They advised my system was in great shape with no issues. They advised of certain additional things they offer but didn’t push anything down my throat. Very knowledgeable! Answered any questions I had. Will definitely consider for any future needs.

    *BEWARE* do not use Elite Rooter if you have a job connected to an insurance claim. I called them to unclog a drain and it turned into a nightmare. They said they needed access to the piping below my kitchen, and it would be a huge job. The tech who was on site spoke to my insurance adjuster, privately, and afterwards told me the job would be covered because it was “mostly access and your insurance covers access.” I trusted him and signed the agreement for an $18,000+ job! My insurance only covered $1,000 of access, and I was left with the rest of this monster bill. I never would have blindly agreed to this without getting a second opinion and comparing other quotes if I wasn’t told it was covered! Since then, I have been involved in a very orchestrated lie with several departments in the company. I have also heard this company has “perfected” insurance fraud by knowing how to inflate Access fees and lower equipment costs. This is the most greedy and flat out lying/deceitful company I have ever dealt with… oh and the job was a mess, they didn’t cover things up and my whole house was trashed and dusty. Those are the photos I’m including, but it’s the least of my worries…

    I had a very good experience with Elite rooter right from the time of placing my service request and the actual work performed by the service technician. Elite rooter was able to schedule the service the same day which was very helpful & my main necessity. The technician (Carlos) was very prompt and did a great job in identifying the issue and resolving the issue quickly. I liked the professionalism of this company. The cost was also very nominal compared to other plumbing companies. Keep up the good work.

    Elite Rooter was excellent. They responded very quickly, and when they arrived they were patient and answered all of my questions. They were professional. A problem that we thought was small and easily fixable turned into a much bigger issue. They had to run a camera under the house and provided photo evidence to me and my landlord to show us exactly what was happening. Despite the issue being bigger than expected, they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with how they run the business.

    We used elite rooter service multiple times, recently we got the whole house plumbing done. Junior helped to do and they completed the work very well. They also helped to clean everything later.
