  1. Had a small leak in the water heater room – couldn’t tell exactly where it was coming from, so had RotoRooter come out to repair. They were here for about 10 minutes before they said the job was done. Wanna know how much they charged me? OVER $600! At the time I said to myself fine, I’m paying for the knowledge. But after he left, I took some time to look at it and realized the leak was in the water line to our fridge. And the repair he did was to tap a new line into another copper pipe. $2 in parts. This was not a $600+ job. This person 100% took advantage of me. I will never use this company again, and will warn everyone to stay away. I am going to post this review on every website I can. I am going to contact the local news to report this company and their scam practices. I can only imagine how much money this company has stolen from others.

Although there was a communication issue with the company itself in the sense that a technician wasn’t dispatched until a day after they were supposed to, the technician that came out, Thomas, was EXCELLENT. Incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand what was going on with my system and was able to resolve the situation.

  3. Very pleased with this company. When the pipe leading to my septic tank started leaking around 8 p.m., I called a half dozen companies that claimed to offer “24/7 services” and this company was the only one that agreed to send someone out the same night. They removed a clog from the pipe that night and came back the next day to clean the water off the basement floor. This company truly does work 24/7!

  5. My plumber was excellent. He did a great job and was kind, courteous and funny and worked hard for the time he was here. He actually did the quote and I was very unpressed but HIM that even though there were cheaper plumbers I decided to go with E at Roto-rooter!

    New vanity install took 5+ hours, guy was clearly taking his time for billing purposes. Additional “plumber” came to help move old vanity and charged an hours worth of labor at full rate. I would look elsewhere especially as they “refused to give quotes” – clearly they take advantage of this policy

    Best Plumbing Company in the area!!! The only company that would call me back when I had issues. Jarrett is very professional and has always been a very clear communicator. Rousseau has provided excellent service for many projects at our new home all for very reasonable prices… (Clogged Sewer Drain, Installed Utility Sink, New Gas Line for Stove AND emergency help for Frozen Pipes in winter!!!) Each visit the Rousseau crew was polite and very nice. Always feel comfortable with them working at our house. Can’t go wrong with these guys!

    Fantastic service from Rousseau Plumbing. We had a leak in our ceiling and they sent someone right away. The plumber, Morgan, was amazing. He found the leak, diagnosed the problems, and helped us to identify next steps. Because the pipe needs to be replaced, he walked us through all steps and helped us getting a contractor and a plan. We’ve asked him to stay on for the entire job. Each time he has come to the house he has been so kind and easy to work with; has gone out of his way to make sure not to disturb our 11-week old baby; and has taken the time to explain everything he is doing, and why. He has even been willing to check out the rest of our plumbing, show me maintenance strategies, and make sure we don’t have any other lurking issues. Best plumbing service we’ve ever had, cannot recommend Rousseau enough. Ask for Morgan if you can get him.

    Daryl Ellison is a life saver! Had an issue with my pipes being clogged for over 3 days. Before contacting Daryl, I got in touch with a different company that ripped me off and didn’t even fix my problem ( less than 24 hrs later my basement flooded again).A friend recommended Daryl’s services, and it was the best decision.     I made an appointment for the company to not show up to the worksite. I called and spoke to the owner at the time of the appointment. He promised someone would show up. I waited for 2 hours for no one to call back or show up. I traveled 38 miles to have no one show up wasting my valuable time. I’ve 100% lost respect for these people. Very GHETTO and unprofessional.

    We highly recommend this company. They came right out after our call and were GREAT! They were extremely knowledgeable, courtesy of our yard and home and they fully explained the issue to us before they left. And on top of all that, their pricing is very reasonable.
