After a long road trip from West Virginia to southeastern Florida, it definitely needed washed and waxed.10 months agoJojo has amazing customer service. What a great environment to get your car clean. I love the ambience and the detailing the inside and outside of my car. What an amazing difference with the cleaning products used. I will definitely be coming back because they are fast and efficient. There is a place to get refreshments and free coffee to drink. I love the cream vanilla air freshener. Jacques the Gm has an amazing team surrounding him.8 months agoI came here for years. I paid 40.00 for the works. They barely vacuumed it. Never coming back. Seriously horrible service. I could have wiped my dash (dusted) it myself. Unreal. Should be ashamed of yourselves letting a paying customer leave with their car like this.a year agoI can’t say enough good things about a car wash! I’ve been a regular for years and absolutely love them. They’re priced very reasonably for East Boca Raton, the staff is always friendly, and my car is always perfectly clean. They offer so many services that I’ve used such as bug removal, detailing, Covid sanitizing, waxing and my usual Boca Wash. The owner is hands on and is a local. Give them a try!3 months agoJust did a hand wash and wax on my 2020 Challenger. I paid $75 for was and wax. They did a good job. Wax applied well, inside vacuumed nicely and wiped down. For $75 bucks it was worth it. I asked the manager about making sure my wheels were clean. He said he would let me know if they needed additional attention but never did. All in all ok for the $$$ spent. Employees very nice, manager who wrote me up , bad vibes….Peace

6 months agoDeeply disappointed, dropped my car off on New Year’s Eve for managers special (hand wash and wax+ interior super cleaning). When I pick up my car, many spots around the car had wax that wasn’t buffed off, the car front was still dirty with bugs that were not removed, which is unacceptable on a wax job seeing that surface of the paint has to be clean to be waxed.
also a 2 inch scratch on top of the door handle that most likely was caused by drying the car with a dirty towel or buffing with a dirty towel.
The in the interior clean had nothing super about it, the seats were still dirty and the steering wheel was dirty/oily, it seems to me that the only thing done to in the interior was vacuuming ( which was well done) and a quick towel to the doors and dash.a month agoThe very careful if you go to this car wash. The people that bring you into the actual washer on the telephone. When the person behind you almost runs into you and they don’t give a d*** don’t go here. There’s plenty other car wash.a month agoThese guys did a great job. They could have done a little better, like putting the clips back on the rails on my seats. The guy tried to tell me it was broken, but he was just trying to put it back in the wrong place. They expect a generous tip, I did notice that, and they do try to upsell you no matter what package you choose. They did an excellent job on my carpet that my kids had destroyed. I was having a hard time getting everything out of the carpet with regular vaccumes, so whatever they used was great, and this mama appreciated the clean car.5 months agoI’ve been to many car washes in Boca Raton this one is the best I’ve used fast efficient and very good service my two SUVs look brand new I’ll be coming back and only using this car wash from now on !!!a month agoI will never go to the ² wash again somebody almost hit me inside the car wash because the attendant is too busy on the telephone and then the. Management writes me back and said he had to take the call well. Then you shouldn’t let cars go through that could crash into each other. This is a horrible car wash don’t go here. Many others to choose from that actually pay attention

I frequent here often with my wash membership for my two Tesla’s. The customer service is always amazing. Nikki the manager always has a smile on her face, and is always welcoming and extremely professional. The attention to detail is always 100%. Never disappointed. I highly recommend visiting for your wash/detail/waxing needs.
I would like to give 0 stars to this place, I had a terrible experience today when I took my car to the express wash, the tunnel controller started to guide me with his hand indicating I should go left and I clearly started to feel uncomfortable because I was so sure I didn’t there was a need my car was aligned on the conveyor belt, but I followed his command he was outside watching my wheel enter the conveyor belt, and it was at that moment that I heard a noise soon I understood that my wheel had been scratched, I looked at him and he had a scared face, because he also noticed his mistake, but he didn’t tell me absolutely nothing.
When I got out of the tunnel I immediately went to look at my wheel and as I imagined it was scratched, I went to the employee who soon said that it would not be possible for this to happen, taking me to the management room, and he also vehemently denied that this had happened to his car wash, I drive a tesla and luckily I have the images recorded by my car of the employee guiding me to the scratch on my wheel, I showed the video to the manager, and 2 other employees who simply did nothing and just denied that this happened there , finally the manager offered me a membership but I refused because I would never take my car there again.
I want to warn users of this place to be aware they do not provide any support for accidents, and do not assume mistakes even when they are on camera. Terrible costumer service, I’m so frustrated I literally paid to have my wheel scratched
Been a customer for a decade plus. Last day was today. One employee. Manager walking around smiling. One attendee. Been here for over an hour. New management. Place has gone down the tubes. So sad. They used to be a well run company. All flash and no substance.
RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE
Dear Express Car Wash….
Understanding that YOUR transition to new management does not solve the issues you create for your customers. This is YOUR PROBLEM. That you failed to wash our car’s exterior adequately or vacuum the insides because you opened up your location with ONE EMPLOYEE working that day is unforgivable.
And to indicate that you are working diligently, without offering a solution such as a free return cleaning or some type of compensation is absolutely unfair, uncaring, and completely unprofessional.
Lastly, your sign-off in which you “hope to see you [me] again…” is almost laughable. Whomever wrote this should seriously be admonished by the REAL OWNER of the business…If I made such snide comments to my former customers, I would have no customers.
You should be ashamed of yourselves for governing yourself in this manner.
Used to come for years but had been a while. For Father’s day I decided to get hubby’s car washed. I took all 3 little kids with me and while waiting for interior, Chris the manager informed us about an a/c inside waiting area. It definitely helped he was above and beyond observant so I could wait with 3 small kids in the summer time- in comfort. The hosting attendant informed me of the good deal/specials they had until January (26$ a mo., no contract). The guys here do a great job and always work hard. Good community place for carwash!
The initial attendant was very pleasant. She convinced me to join the Unlimited Club. The low rating is for the person doing the work. I noticed he wasn’t as enthusiastic as the person working next to him, nor was he as thorough.
After he was “finished”, I asked him if he cleaned the inside of the rear window. I already knew the answer since I observed he never opened the rear door of my SUV. When I opened it, I noticed he didn’t vacuum the rear of either.
As I was driving home, noticed the windshield was not well cleaned. The dirt buildup outside the windshield wiper’s zone was visible. When I got home, I looked closer at the wheels, very disappointed at the job not well done.
Contemplating canceling the Unlimited plan.
