a year agoJojo has amazing customer service. What a great environment to get your car clean. I love the ambience and the detailing the inside and outside of my car. What an amazing difference with the cleaning products used. I will definitely be coming back because they are fast and efficient. There is a place to get refreshments and free coffee to drink. They offer so many services that I’ve used such as bug removal, detailing, Covid sanitizing, waxing and my usual Boca Wash. The owner is hands on and is a local. I also want to say the tech who cleaned my car was very kind and did a great job with shampooing my seats and did his best to address some of my concerns when picking up my car. He’s why this review is 3 stars and not 1.I paid for a “interior detail” service and paid $50 above the listed start price due to the dog hair (which was fair – my car was very dirty). What was disappointing was the lack of attention to detail. The door jams were completely missed the first time around and dog hair left between the seats. Also dirt was left in various corners around the doors and seats. I did ask them to go over a few spots but it was like pulling teeth with the manager with him eventually saying “let me check what you paid for” and then never returned and sent the tech back to talk with us. I tried to show some of missed spots in the pictures, and show the dirt was removable (I wiped it with my finger).
I was not expecting the manager to push back when I brought up my concerns. Thankfully my bf was dropping me off and helped me advocate for myself when it wasn’t quite right.
I never got my air freshener.

in the last weekI paid almost 50$ to pick up my personal car with blue milky substance in my trunk ?!!? I didn’t even bother to go back. It was a horror show and i honestly didn’t think that they’d be able to get half the stains out, but they did an amazing job. I was hoping that I’d be able to upload the photos, but there’s no option to do that, but needless to say, we were super happy with the results. Be sure to tip well. These guys work super hard.8 months agoDeeply disappointed, dropped my car off on New Year’s Eve for managers special (hand wash and wax+ interior super cleaning). When I pick up my car, many spots around the car had wax that wasn’t buffed off, the car front was still dirty with bugs that were not removed, which is unacceptable on a wax job seeing that surface of the paint has to be clean to be waxed. also a 2 inch scratch on top of the door handle that most likely was caused by drying the car with a dirty towel or buffing with a dirty towel. The in the interior clean had nothing super about it, the seats were still dirty and the steering wheel was dirty/oily, it seems to me that the only thing done to in the interior was vacuuming ( which was well done) and a quick towel to the doors and dash.a month agoHad been coming here quite often for years. Today after a wash I got a brown gooey stuff on right side of the car, which I noticed after getting home. I went back to the car wash and they claimed it’s not from their carwash and refused to rewash the car unless I pay again. What a customer service. I got my mechanic to take a look at the stuff and he said it’s a vaseline with bit of rust in it, and that it’s probably from one of the rotating brushes.From their website: “Through our dedication and commitment to exceed our customer’s expectations we feel we can deliver a “WOW” experience every time”
They definitely delivered a WOW experience when the owner of this facility is so cheap that he wouldn’t even run my car through the was again. Good luck with your business, you’ll need it with such mindset. No wonder this place was empty and the one accross the street busy as always.
a month agoRude management, old equipment, my car was scratched and even after this it’s still dirty. Don’t waste your time and money visiting this low level wash. When I asked to drive through the wash again or get a refund lady just vanished. I thought boca raton is a nice city with trusted business but I was mistaken. If I could leave zero I would definitely leave zero!

Been a customer for a decade plus. Last day was today. One employee. Manager walking around smiling. One attendee. Been here for over an hour. New management. Place has gone down the tubes. So sad. They used to be a well run company. All flash and no substance.
RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE
Dear Express Car Wash….
Understanding that YOUR transition to new management does not solve the issues you create for your customers. This is YOUR PROBLEM. That you failed to wash our car’s exterior adequately or vacuum the insides because you opened up your location with ONE EMPLOYEE working that day is unforgivable.
And to indicate that you are working diligently, without offering a solution such as a free return cleaning or some type of compensation is absolutely unfair, uncaring, and completely unprofessional.
Lastly, your sign-off in which you “hope to see you [me] again…” is almost laughable. Whomever wrote this should seriously be admonished by the REAL OWNER of the business…If I made such snide comments to my former customers, I would have no customers.
You should be ashamed of yourselves for governing yourself in this manner.
Used to come for years but had been a while. For Father’s day I decided to get hubby’s car washed. I took all 3 little kids with me and while waiting for interior, Chris the manager informed us about an a/c inside waiting area. It definitely helped he was above and beyond observant so I could wait with 3 small kids in the summer time- in comfort. The hosting attendant informed me of the good deal/specials they had until January (26$ a mo., no contract). The guys here do a great job and always work hard. Good community place for carwash!
The initial attendant was very pleasant. She convinced me to join the Unlimited Club. The low rating is for the person doing the work. I noticed he wasn’t as enthusiastic as the person working next to him, nor was he as thorough.
After he was “finished”, I asked him if he cleaned the inside of the rear window. I already knew the answer since I observed he never opened the rear door of my SUV. When I opened it, I noticed he didn’t vacuum the rear of either.
As I was driving home, noticed the windshield was not well cleaned. The dirt buildup outside the windshield wiper’s zone was visible. When I got home, I looked closer at the wheels, very disappointed at the job not well done.
Contemplating canceling the Unlimited plan.
Really poor service. They don’t take the time to clean the inside thoroughly. You can use them if you want to just go through the tunnel to wash the car, but don’t waste your money paying for inside. Also, no one answers the phone for customer service…
On August 15th I went to get my car washed and detailed. I also renewed the unlimited membership. My car was damaged while trying to get on the track for the car wash. It made a bad noise and the guy still gave me a thumbs up to proceed. On my drive home I kept hearing a noise to find out the cover over my wheel had been taken off. I called the manager and left a message as well as sent an email and no one responded. I am canceling my membership and appalled at the lack of customer care!
