Do not spend your money here!! I will never go back!a week agoThis is my go to place for a thorough car wash. It’s fast, efficient, and reasonable. Please make sure to tip the guy who dries your car. They work very hard and are very detailed unlike many places who don’t do it very well.9 months agoWhat did I even pay for? The front seat looked okay, but it’s like they barely did anything to the backseat. Vacuuming was definitely sub par. My kids do a better job and they’re under 10. I will not be returning to this car wash again. Save yourself the money and just use one of those express washes. I’m very upset that I have to clean my car after paying to get my car cleaned.a month agoTook my car to get hand washed because it cannot go through the rollers of the machine. Paid extra for this service. The employee did not know how to operate a manual transmission, and rather than asking for help, he smashed my car into a pole outside the car wash machine near the hand wash bay. They have sent me to their own body shop they recommended to get a repair, had me go to a body shop to get an estimate, and are not taking any action to rectify my situation. I have wasted 3 days where i should be working and am missing out on business opportunities with my car and the owner won’t even have the decency or courage to call me and talk about it. Stay away from this place at all costs. Learn from me.11 months agoService has gone down hill. I use to get great results, now this is what $49.99 gets you. No interior dressing. No mats cleaned. An okay wash. I had to tell their workers what was missing from what I paid for. I was better off going to the Express wash for $7. I will no longer need their service. This wasn’t due to covid. You had plenty of staff for the small amount of customers at that time. I spoke to the manager that day only to be asked for more money. Your response 7 months later, is unprofessional. I hope you properly train staff and prioritize great service these days. But I have not been back nor will I go back.

3 months agoBeen going to Redlands Blvd Car Wash since the early 1990s. Hasn’t changed a bit since then. I highly recommend it! I have been taking my Tesla there for 3.5 years now, my car still looks better then when I got it.in the last weekWash my car here but won’t be using vacuuming machines anymore. Most of their vacuums don’t work and u lose money. They don’t put signs on them either. Tried knocking on their door at cash despenser but no one answered.3 months agoVery clean and always seems to have business flowing throughout any hour of the day but always spots available. One of my favorite self washing places. I would give a 5 star review but the scent smelling vending machine stole my money and it seems like they don’t restock regularly. I even tried the other one because they have 2 of those scent vending machines but even that one stole my money and it was all out.3 months agoBest price for self wash so far. I was going to the one in down town redlands for a year. Forgot about this gem. It’s quiet, and you get the perfect amount of time (for a couple at least) only $5. I’ll be going here instead. I subscribed to one of the membership plans which includes unlimited car washes monthly. Now I don’t have an excuse for not driving it to them, sitting, sipping a cool drink or catching up on social media while they wash, wax, vacuum and dry my car😃

I have come here a couple time and had very poor service but this was the last straw for me. Don’t worry I will say all the pros and cons for this. So to start with the car wash typically does an okay job nothing amazing but if you want amazing you should go to a self car wash. However these pictures are what happened after I got done washing my car and that is with their most expensive premium wash with the tire cleaner and everything around $15-20 after tipping the towel drying guys. The towel guys do a reasonable job for the time given but there are just a few places that should get done like windows. That should just be a given and it feels like they only care when they clearly see you have cash in your hand. I drove out of the car wash and my whole driver side from the two side windows to the side mirror and the back window were not dried at all. If they used a water softener then you wouldn’t even have to dry the car off the water would just evaporate without any marks. But then I drove past them and not a single one of the FOUR people saw that this was all over my car? After that when I went to do my final vacuum, because I like to throw away trash and everything before I get my car washed I saw it on my rear bumper and that that was weird so I just tried to rub it off but as I walked around the right side it was clearly everywhere so I went to go get one of the towel dryers to see it and then he got one of the guys who hose down the car and he said yeah looks like you had some stuff on the car before you washed it and it didn’t come off. I told him first off I know there wasn’t anything on my car because I wash it weekly and because I was throwing trash away before I washed it. Then I told him that I spent almost twenty dollars and got told “yeah it happens”? Um what?! Like no complimentary car wash or oh we’ll come over and help clean it off, just a go buy another car wash and hopefully it comes off. It’s funny because I typically don’t get my personal car machine washed but I have a fleet of cars and I use to buy gift cards for here and give them to someone to wash all my cars and vacuum them, easy to say that this one horrible personal experience is going to make me take my business elsewhere and leave this review. Say bye to my $100+ a week for my ten cars getting the 12 dollar car wash. Oh and I said there are pros and that is the “free vacuums” unless one of the workers days “it’s free when you purchase a car wash”. I will say that none of my renters have complained about anything except the getting told it isn’t a free vacuum when they use the giftcard.
I like this place – great value for under $10, includes very often a hand towel dry at the end of the line. I always get the cheapest wash and it seems to do a good job. Always busy, no idea if the vacuums work well but I’ve been pleased overall.

Need a great, quick car wash this is your place! It’s a drive thru wash BUT I’ve only seen this done at this place; they will do a quick pre rinse/scrub of your car before entering the wash and then they will have folks at the end to give a quick finally towel dry. I’ve been here a few times and every single time they are fully staffed and you receive the extra services, no matter what wash you buy.
If you buy a wash that’s $14 or more, keep your receipt for 50% off your next one. You must have your receipt.
This is the best car wash in Southern California! It’s affordable and looks great! I wish we had one in Palm desert!!!! I drive from all over to go here
One of the best car wash i had ever seen with Manual cleaning when you enter & soaking when you leave half of the cleaning is best done with these Mens & rest the washer is super heavy & does a super wash. Cheers guys keep doing best.
