a month agoI want to first start with the man you meet to purchase your wash, Taylor. He was a polite, positive, and an informative young man. The perfect greeter to any business. Mister Wash is lucky to have such employee at a time that is so hard to find quality employees. I didn’t catch the name of the woman at the wash entrance. She greeted me with a smile and even waved to me on the way in.
Second. I feel for $16.00 your car should come out dry. If that’s impossible, have an employee at the exit that towel dries. Your car wash would get more business if more effort was focused on this issue. There is car wash on the west side of town that dries your car completely so you don’t have water spots all over your car. Many times I have gone through and had to run through again because my car wasn’t washed well.
4 months agoI normally do not use car wash companies to clean my vehicle. I prefer to wash my own. Today I decided to save some time and have the car washed here and let’s say for $18 I could have had a young child clean better. My car had streaks all over and the entire back was not clean. I tried calling the store several times and no one answered. I then cleaned my vehicle at home. Will not recommend going here. Save your money and do it yourself.a month agoPreferred car wash over others because my car always looked extra shiny. Recently they did away with the finishing towel rollers & my car comes out dripping. Now noticing water spots. 😩5 months agoHave not changed the sign yet to Mr Mister from old business ExpressThey want to charge your card but they will not refund your money for their mistakes.
They will tell you the general manager, and the top managers said no refunds. They will also tell you we’ll give you another month free.
Mr. Misters company We’ll say they have over 500 car washes and they don’t care what people say or think about them not giving refunds.
I like for my car to be scrubbed with a brush and they don’t want to do that leaving a lot of residue and dirt on the vehicle after they wash it.
It is cheaper to get the same car wash at a gas station getting 5 or 10 cents off your gas per gallon then to come to this place nobody washes it no one scrubs it nobody dries it for more of a price.
4 months agoI’ve used this location recently, and I’m experiencing a problem with my car not being cleaned well. Noticeably towards the front, lower sides, underbody, wheels, and little to no tire shine.
I am a Platinum Unlimited member, which is your most expensive subscription, and I’m expecting to receive your best results.

They have always been honest with what services are necessary at the time, they are quick but also thorough. I have a member ship here and love it. Fernando was so friendly while cleaning my tires such a sweet guy. I love seeing Brenda I always look forward to seeing her every time I come. And lastly Alex is such a great guy keep up the hard work you guys make surf thru a great place to come to.
I have been on a monthly prepaid plan for over 4 years. In Dec 2022 I went to wash my truck and it refused my Surf Thru Membership card. The attendant check to see why. She then told me I no longer had that service since that plan was no longer available. I asked what were my options. She repeated ” that plan is no longer available “. I know I said. What are my options. This happened 3 more times. Then she said she would have the person who cancelled my plan call me. 3 days later I received a call. Same story with no solution. This person would have someone else call me. No one else ever called me.
I have no clue why I was not notified of the cancellation. My years of loyalty obviously mean nothing.
The truth be known, it never really got my truck very clean anyway.
I would not recommend Surf Thru based on their extreme LACK of customer service and loyalty.
Have been going to this car wash for years and now the cars aren’t even dry! They are completely wet and you have to park to dry it. It will not dry unless you pay higher price. Don’t go here!
A good car wash they does not disappoint. I have had so.e slower sides of my vehicle not get cleaned 100% a couple of times for some odd reason. Other than that, I have not had much negative to say. Keep up the good work.
I had an appointment next door at the ortho I was early so decided to stop for a quick car wash I had stuff on the back of my pick up they ask to take it out I do I left some ropes as they wore tied up stuck I told them they wore stuck the attendant said it wasn’t I was holding up the line of more cars that wore waiting for a quick car wash. I told the attendant that I had an appointment and that I would just come back and I would remove it before coming back. She told me to try and go to the Mister car wash around the corner.
