2 months agoOne of the worst car washes I’ve ever been to. I got VIP paid $25 and feels like I got the same wash that the $10 one would’ve got me. Barely cleaned my truck, didn’t even shine the tires.. honestly waste of time and money.4 weeks agoI’ve got a ’16 Sentra, it’s not that big of a vehicle yet this car wash can’t get it clean. My husband and I were at another location, still Club Car Wash, the day prior, he got a rookie, his SUV looked like nothing touched it, this is really the only car wash near where we live and I tried the VIP today. It can’t clean the windshield past what my wipers can already do, it can’t get behind the wheels where dust gets kicked up despite saying the VIP does “tires”. They load the cars so tight that you can’t get dry under the vents, then nearly every “clean” towel they have in the vacuum area is damp or still wet and smells like they toss them in a tub and come back for them in an hour. Even after using their towels and window cleaner I have to Google and do them over. Id rather drive out of my way for a decent carwash.3 months agoThe place is great for a car wash with a few issues. One machine that washes the vehicles does tend to leave some scratches periodically, the cloth part. Second of all, I dont like how the attending staff direct the vehicles too close together in the wash. I really think the vehicles need to be spaced out more to ensure great drying time towards the end. Also to prevent accidents of other drivers that end up placing vehicle in drive to soon8 months agoAutomatic running boards that come stock got damaged and manager said I should not have it out. I do this at all drive through with no issues. I showed him the damage and he repeated himself. So I suggested they put a sign up they did but to late for me. Last, I am a generous tipper but if staff can’t be consistent with cleaning the tailgate then why should I tip? I still do with no improvement. Otherwise, you get what you pay for. With the exception of expensive running boards damaged I would rate it 4 stars. 5 stars improve management, blowers, and be apologetic to a honest loyal customer. Thank you3 months agoTerrible company… My truck lost paint due to their pressure washer towards the rear of my truck. Truck had no prior damage, etc. They won’t fix a problem that they caused. Blaming it on me, because my truck is a 2015. Also, saying there were chips already there when there was none. Won’t give the customer a copy of footage, even though they have 6 cameras. If you ever have a claim, they’ll automatically deny it. Look at all the reviews about their terrible claims department. Don’t wash your car at Club Carwash…

a month agoHighly don’t recommend this place. I had a team member that seemed overwhelmed at the car wash entrance telling me to enter while there was a car in front of which would caused myself to hit the car. Also after we exited the car washed and went to the vacuums my wife noticed paint missing off our passenger side. I spoke with the Team Lead nick on 6/19/2023 @1013hrs and was informed that he was still looking at the camera footage and the General Manager Marlina or Owner Saleem will contact myself by the end of the day. He refused to give me any email or contact number for the business so I could stay in touch if needed. As of 6/20/2023 @1441hrs I still haven’t received a call from anyone at the business.2 months agoThis little, unassuming business is probably the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Each wash includes vacuums that actually work (like, really, really well!) and offer complementary towels and sprays. I was able to get rid of all my puppy’s stubborn, static-y hair and wash my filthy car mats with relative ease.a week agoWhen this carwash is operational, it’s great. But I’ve been in it more than once when it’s broken down while my own and 3 other cars were in it. So that tells me there are some pretty regular problems with this equipment that need tended to. It’s definitely frustrating when it breaks down, because you’re often stuck in the building with nowhere to go for 15-30 minutes. Would love to see appropriate attention to these issues.a week agoThis is the best car wash I’ve ever used. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Marlina is exceptional. She goes out of her way to be engaging and to ensure that each customer has a positive experience.2 months agoExcellent car wash. Also available for free is vacuuming and air compressor. Amazing service as one of the guys (sorry forgot his name) power washed my living room rug for me at no charge. I’m so happy this car wash is close to my home! I’ve told everyone I know to come here because it’s the best! Antonio is awesome. He cleaned the rug for me!

This place has been in Georgetown for awhile. I’ve been many times. Always love how my car looks when it’s done. Tried a few other places with a monthly membership and just wasn’t as happy. Just recently signed up for the monthly membership and thoroughly enjoying it.
This was an amazing experience and very friendly staff. My car was beyond filthy and they made it look brand new. They were quite crowded but made me feel like I was the only customer making sure I was done in the time they promised. I would recommend them to anyone that wants great service which is hard to come by these days it seems. Good value for the attention to detail
I borrowed my son’s truck and had it washed and “Express Interior Super Clean” done as a birthday gift. John estimated it would take a little more than an hour to complete and it was done in 1:20, so I was happy about that. The results were very good. They forgot to do the new car smell, but I wasn’t sure he would even want that, so no big deal. The attached photos are what it looked like “before”. Unfortunately I forgot to get “after” pictures before I returned the truck (that happens when you get old and forgetful). All in all, I was very happy with this latest visit.
First time today. Got the Ultimate Wash, next to the top of the line. Was told the floor mats would be taken out and cleaned. They were only vacuumed which meant underneath the mats wasn’t vacuumed, which it wasn’t. The wash wasn’t bad, they dusted off the inside, but for the price I expected more, especially when I’m told certain things would be done. I ended up cleaning the mats and vacuuming again myself. If I’m going to have to do that, why bother going and spending the money?
I have been going here for about 5 years. They are always friendly and kind. I love their different levels to pick the wash you need. I always get the ultimate. Today I had a little confusion with my coupon book (which is a great deal and always have one!) but the manager Kevin and the gal on register were so patient and understanding with me. Not only does The Wash Tub make your car look and smell great, but I really value and appreciate their customer service as well. ♥️☀️💥🎉😀 Highly recommend.
