3 months agoI have been here twice. The 1st time I didn’t know they only took credit cards. As I sat there holding up the line, trying to figure out how to put cash into a nonexistent slot, the attendant came over and just let me through for free. So yesterday I bought a package ascouldn’t figure out how to confirm it as I had not gotten any confirmation but I was able to show a payment so they waved me on through again
Super nice staff, love how my car looks afterwards. Definitely going again.3 years agoGot the $20 platinum wash – way overpriced.Didn’t get my wheel wells, the back of my trunk, or the bottom of my side panels cleans.
Windshield still had smudged spots.
Mirrors and windows had tons of water spots.Free vacuums are nice. Car wash was fast.
The parts that did get clean look great. If everything was clean it’d be worth a membership.5 months agoLiterally the worst car wash I have ever been to. The brush bars hit my Jeep twice..lifted the front end of my Jeep off the ground the first time when it hit…and we got stuck in the car wash. The brush also made a huge scratch on my hood. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. 11 dollars to damage my car and we had to go to another car wash immediately after because my Jeep looked worse after leaving. Repeat if you care about your vehicle DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. all these are great. Also wish you could only use a monthly fee for all your cars and not pay per car5 years agoPaid $18 for their best car wash. This location does not offer the vacuuming by the staff or the hand dry at the end. We didn’t believe that the car could get as clean as it did because it literally took 30 seconds from start to finish. You put your car in neutral and the track pulls you through and you stay in the car. Would have given 5 stars but think for $18 bucks they should vacuum it out for you.

11 months agoCleaned the exterior well- got the $10 wash. But it did NOT dry my car on the way out. Was that not included?? It typically is for most car wash places- even the lowest paying wash. So now my car is just wet and it’s going to leave water marks, meaning I’ll have to get it washed again. Won’t be coming back. Their washes do a great job!
The ONLY thing I do NOT like is that the vehicle behind me gets the go-ahead to enter BEFORE I’m completely dry!! I do wish Corporate would fix that in the computer!! I am ALWAYS courteous enough to wait until the person ahead of me is completely out of the bay before I enter. I wish others would do the same for me.

I was spending anywhere from $10 to $20 a pop to wash my vehicle.. Now I pay $29.99 and can wash my vehicle every 48 hours.. Love it

HORRIBLE!!! My car literally looks dirtier now than it did before. Both outside and inside! I paid over 50$. Used to get it done all the time at the Merle hay location so I know what I’m paying for. They were fantastic. Also, I tried going back and calling and the line was so long it would’ve taken forever to talk to anyone(already waited 50+ mins for the initial cleaning) and every time you call it hangs up on you. Will have to call my bank. Terrible
Have to say, this place has gone downhill. Pay for the platinum and I should have made them clean my truck again. Interior looks like they just rushed through it. They were not busy at all.
Needed a vacuum and inside dusting really bad. They did a great job. They were very busy so had a little wait time but as busy as they were, I expected a longer wait
I was reading a lot of these reviews and I can’t believe that by some of these pictures that they probably took before pictures and said they were after pictures
They were probably wanting to see if they could get some free washes or something
I have gone to this one for years and have always had good service and the workers were friendly.
Usually love Mister car wash, but this place is the WORST! we took the executive package including the interior. It costed us more than 40 bucks, and they did a very bad job. We were waiting in the lobby, and after about 30 mins, we realized that our car had been ready to pickup for a while. No one let us know that it was ready. I would’ve understood if the staff was really busy, but they were calling other people from the lobby saying their car was ready. They even damaged my number plate. They didn’t even clean the car properly. There were a lot of spots on the windshield and the staff was rude and arrogant when we asked them about it.
Did a terrible job at vacuuming my car even though I paid $30+ to get it done. Had to go back through and revacuum it… Not even worth the price just go to a normal carwash and save the money.
