4 months agoAlex (the owner?) Was ready to welcome guests bright and early Saturday morning, dressed in his best.. he is very friendly and introduces himself. They all did a wonderful job detailing my car. Would recommend2 months agoPoor cleaning job, spots everywhere. Not sure if they vacuumed. And supposedly. Payed for tire dressing.. Didn’t get that.. Windows had streaks after the drying process.
The inside was not vacuumed.
I was challenged about the tip being Included with the payment for the wash.
In addition, the man who dried my car took of my key ring attached to my key fob. When I asked it where it was, he searched his pockets…and there it was. The man acted surprised, I knew he took it off because I have had the key ring on there for three years and it never came apart.
So if an employee will steal a keyring, what else will they steal left in your car.5 months agoI am normally picky at car washes but I had to leave a review for Santos..he did such an amazing job. I got the deluxe car wash and he did such a fantastic job. My car looks brand new..he is very detailed and a hard worker. I will be coming back!!!3 months agoTerrible, just terrible. After an hour of waiting my car was still unwashed. My car still on (wasting my gas) and cars that got there before I did were being pulled up to the drying section. Asked another customer if he had been waiting long and guess what he had been waiting close to 3hrs.

in the last weekI remember when they were breaking ground for Star Express Car Wash at this location. I didn’t know what it was going to be. However, when I saw this beautiful car wash, I switched from another one on the southeast corner of Lakewood Blvd. and Somerset Ave. in Bellflower. It was more like I was lured away.
Star Express Car Wash not only had bells and whistles but was a dollar cheaper (as I recall) and also gave away free cleaning towelettes for your car, and the personnel was very professional.
Now, it’s a different story.
They raised their price. And not only do you have to ask for the towelettes, but some workers are also disturbingly unpleasant and unprofessional when interacting with them (Juan, if that is his real name, was particularly rude and distrustful. He also said he was the only Juan employed there).
They remind me of the Venus flytrap (Dionaea muscipula). The plant lures in its prey, and then it’s lights out. Needless to say, I will discontinue my monthly subscription and return to my old car wash, which has been remolded.

My rims were still dirty after going thru twice. I was very disappointed 😞 I had to wash them at home. They’re vacuums some of them don’t even worm my truck didn’t even get washed rite. Still a decent place.

Worst car wash ever, I took both my moms and my car. I got a deluxe wash and a diamond wash. They left water spots everywhere on both cars and did not remove any of the spots off the bumpers. We had to clean it ourselves. I’ve been here before a few times and I have yet to be satisfied with a wash here but this was by far the worst wash I will not be coming.
I paid for the diamond wash and an additional $5 for the rims to be cleaned good only to have the rims still dirty, the vacuum inside was simply a terrible job. I do a better job when I clean my own car. I could’ve just washed my car myself if I knew it was still going to be dirty! Very dissatisfied with this service. Honestly feel ripped off. And I still have a tip for a horrible job. Never coming back.
Price was reasonable and they were very friendly. They also did a good job washing the car.
First time here and very disappointed. I usually wash my own car. But this was my own Mother’s Day gift to myself so could relax. After getting the car back I went straight to the quarter wash to finish cleaning it. After paying $55 plus tip. The job was very rushed and not detailed at all. Very disappointed, don’t recommend it and won’t be going back. Their tire place was good and they recommended the wash. I regret it I’m $60 bucks short and still has to finish cleaning it myself.
OMG $30 for Basic Wash what a ripoff. I get a better car wash at Costco for $7.99 There was still Dust all on my Dashboard. They didn’t even wipe it down???
