2 months agoWe have been getting our pet loved & used car at Greenhill Car Wash, delighted to say that they manage to take out all the souvenirs (mostly dog hair & mud topped with some dirt) our baby dog girl leaves behind.
The staff is really polite & helpful. Their services are exceptional & reasonably charged, worth every dime.12 months ago$10 basic car wash doesnt do a good job – lots of leftover dirt spots and the dryer doesnt work – you will have lots of water spots – used to be pretty good, then prices went up and quality went down. The mini-detail is ok but its over $100 now. You have to pay extra to use the vacuums; most places include it with the wash. Will be going to Go Green in Kennett from now on – it’s a little farther but the wash is way better and you get free vacuum. Blue Hen is ok as well but too far for me. Photos below are condition of my Telluride right after getting a basic wash.3 months agoTheir change machines only pop out these “tokens” that are supposed to be worth a dollar, but then the vacuum machine recognizes them as quarters. So if you come here bring your own quarters because I just wasted 8 dollars on 2 dollars worth of vacuum time.4 months agoThe $20 premium wash does a pretty good job, but there are still obvious & dirty missed spots on the hubcaps and the rear panel, especially around the license plate. Also, the “spot free wash” leaves white spots on the windows and side mirrors. The biggest disappointment is having to pay for vacuuming. The car wash competitor in Newark does not charge for vacuuming and that is a huge plus. Will return to Greenhill In a pinch because of its proximity, but otherwise plan to get it done in Newark.5 months agoOk car wash but I got the best one & my girl got the basic & I didn’t see a difference. I wouldn’t recommend it because I know places you can get a car wash just as good for less

3 months agoTried them a few times even had the membership but I canceled bc I never got good service. They minimally clean, hardly ever vacuumed my car and they always skip the back seats. I called/ emailed management but never got a reply. I will never go there again !a year agoSo I’m not one to bash a business but I like to give honest reviews.. my 1st visit I signed up for the $40/month plan and got a complementary elite service. They left my windshield very hazy and the tire shine was poorly applied, very blotchy. I decided to give them another chance. I went there today, I got home and took a step back and looked at my truck and the wheels were HORRIBLE. I had to go get some products and clean em myself. Needless to say I canceled my plan and will be going elsewhere. Below are the pics of what my wheels look like after the wash….

3 months agoThese are some hard working people!! They are focused on the task at hand. When my car gets washed and dried they don’t miss a thing. They are friendly and that in itself makes a difference in my day!! Keep up the good work guys!!!3 months agoGot a full detail interior shampooed and hand waxed for whopping $250.00. Pics will tell the disappointing story. Although I made an appointment I drove from Southern Delaware and still had to leave my vehicle, and make arrangements to spend the night. Buff marks on the hood, windows were hazy and areas under the spoiler not cleaned.3 months agoI went here today my car was a mess because of the pollen,they we so busy and they did an excellent job,I left my card there by mistake and when I went back the manager was great ! a customer returned it for me,I always trust them.

Really bad experience. I paid for the top service and there is still dirt inside the cup holders and below the dash. I can literally wipe out dust from the passenger side door. They used to be really good. Used to take them 45 minutes to properly clean the car, polish the dash and inside surface. Now it came out of wash, few of them wiped it from outside, applied a scrubber to the wheels and were 1 minute tops wiping the dashboard and called it done. I think the whole thing took them 5-6 minutes top.
I believe there is a new shop down the road on Kirkwood and I will be taking my business there. Expected a lot more for $35!!
Best and most inexpensive experience compared to similar local companies. Included in the price I got my wheels cleaned while other companies charge extra for similar service. I love the people who work here! They are professional and very friendly. It’s my go to place!
The staff at the car wash were polite and friendly. They did a great job, even got the dog hair (most of it) out. I was very pleased.

For the price, I was expecting a little better job. Outside was squeaky clean and all the pollen and sun-baked bird droppings were gone. Excellent job there. Inside they barely dusted off the dash – the cup holders in the middle console were untouched, I had a couple door stains that would have wiped right off, and the steering wheel was very greasy from the product they used to clean it. I’ll know for next time to expect an outside clean mainly.
