a month agoNice location for this zips car wash right on top of FM423 – wash or membership price wise also competitive – they provide a thorough car wash with free vaccum. Car wash sometimes leaves residue and doesn’t clean all dirt properly. You can dry your car using towels present there. If you have membership from any zips car wash, the gate opens automatically.in the last weekThe staff is very friendly and courteous. courteous. The site seems to be under great management. The site manager Rick always has a smile on his face! A fun atmosphere is what a carwash should be; Rick and his staff most definitely provide that! I still have dirt on many many many areas of the car. I ended up having to wash it myself after. Please fix your machines so this doesn’t happen to anyone else I am providing images of the missed areas of the car. Its the same on both sides of the car.a week agoFriendly staff but the car just doesn’t come out clean. Bugs still all over the front of my car. When I’m the tunnel, I noticed half of the wash arms was missing it’s sponges, so it wasn’t doing anything to clean your car.
At the self service station, all the cleaner bottles were missing the sprayers. So you basically had to dump the water on the clothe to make it work. I’m also convinced it’s just water in the bottles – not a cleaning solution.
I like the concept of this car wash but the quality is bad. And it’s twice the cost that it was 2 years ago. We’re better off buying the supplies and doing at home.

a month agoGreat waiting room. The also have free vacuum and I like that the towel dry isn’t out in the open. Good hours too. Self service vacuums are super powerful. Overall good experience. Especially In compression to other washes within a 15 mile radius of this place.4 months agoCame into this place and asked if they hand washed and she said yes. Awesome. Waited the 20mins. Few kids came in to wash the car and then once they took me around to finish and they came to grab me I did a walk through. My front bumper was horrendous. I asked for them to please clean it off some. My trunk had a bunch of gunk left on it. They left water dripping from my side mirrors and gas tank. For $64 which included $2 each front mat if I wanted them washed down; I’d say I’m disappointed and have had WAY better service elsewhere for the same amount.a month agoWhat all I can is the best car wash 🧽 is the Frisco area and tbh I can confidently say in entire Dallas to be specific 😎

Totally worth the numbers. Kudos to the General Manager and customer service is simple marvelous.4 months agoThe wash was very nice got everything for a cheap price. The toweling section was a nice touch. The vacuum section is subpar (no mat clips, air sprayer, towels) the detailed wash is where you will get the most out of this place. Very basic wash

It’s hard to find a car wash to do lifted trucks, so I’m super happy to have found Splish Splash Car Wash & Oil Change!!!! Great price for a full hand wash on my RAM and an awesome job on top of that!! They brought back the SHINE of my wheels!!!!

Went in to get a car wash yesterday. They had left their sign lying down on the ground (instead of standing up), so as I pulled into the driveway to check in, the sign scratched the door and rear quarter panel of my truck. One of their employees then came up and was like “oh, we better move that out of the driveway” – and moved it into the closed 2nd driveway. 2-3 employees saw it happen but scattered. Nobody offered to help or do anything about the scratches. So now I have potentially hundreds or even $1000+ in paint damage to my truck.
Beware of this place. State inspection can be failed even with good wiper blades, so that they can sell theirs in hiked up price.
Do not expect their car wash will clean your car properly. I’m all in for conserving water, but leaving soap foams everywhere after car wash (every time) is not that anyone look for.
I think this layout is great. You pull in to the bay you need. The offer oil change, mechanical service, state inspections and car washes. Staff are helpful and down to business. Waiting room is nice and cool, with tv and complimentary drinks. Comfy couches or internet bar. Great place
Came here with a high-end SUV, brand new, for a $65 hand wash. I couldn’t believe they thought it’s okay to use an old brush for the roof. If I wanted brushes, I would have gone through the actual car wash. They didn’t use brushes on the new corvette that cost less than my vehicle. That’s insane to me.
About 6 minutes total were spent washing the vehicle, then it went into the general dry line for everything else.
If you’re looking for a careful hand wash with quality materials for washing and drying that won’t leave swirl marks or blemishes on the paint, then this is not the place.
