I love the new location and look of the store! So clean and organized, please keep it that way. This was their 2nd day after they opened and the check-out line was going so fast with many open registers. The store and huge compared to what they had inside Concord Mills and HomeGoods side is bigger and more selection. They had quite a few of employees in the floor helping and directing customers. I hope they continue employing enough employees after the grand opening event.
Stopped in TJMaxx yesterday; the store was filled with great deals and lots of customers. It was clean and spacious, and home goods is combined (which I loved.) I saved on items that I would have paid full price for in a traditional luxury department store. Everyone I encountered throughout both stores were pleasant. The cashier was probably the only interaction I experienced where there wasn’t any engagement outside of her asking me to sign up for a TJMaxx card. 4.5/5~ Tiffany
Very interesting setup. The check out line was pretty long but flowed nicely. This sounds silly, but the store is FULL of merchandise. With the amount of people within the store, they almost need to have less merchandise to allow for more space for walking and getting around other shoppers.
The T.J Maxx & HomeGoods store in Concord has a great team that work there. They are helpful and fast. Was in there today it was super busy. Although the line was long I was at the register in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for having enough team members to accommodate your customers. As well as supervisors behind the line to assist them when needed.
It was clean, had plenty of different items to buy for different purposes, and generally an alright place. There is no significant difference from any chain home store. No cleavers :/
