  1. This is an awesome place! I love the ambiance, culture, food, the vibes, among many other things. I love that we provide fantastic exercise programs, great outing experiences, and lots of vibrant activities. This community is amazing, we provide great meals to the residents and also have a kitchen that they can use. It is located in a peaceful community in Corpus Christi. We are a family here; that is the most amazing part!

  2. My grandfather lives here and it is always clean and well maintained when I visit. The staff is very friendly and caring. My grandfather really likes it here and has made new and wonderful friends. They had tons of activities before covid and of course have had to stop them to protect the residents, but they make sure to check on everyone and reinstated visitation and meals safely. I have eaten with my grandfather many times and the food was well prepared, tasty and fairly healthy.

  3. My Dad lives here and I have to say they really take care of him awesome here. During this Covid-19 Pandemic they have really made sure all the residents are safe and the management team is super nice and friendly. Not to mention all the rest of the staff! If you are looking for a nice upper scale Independent living situation for your loved ones this is an awesome community!

  4. This place is infested with bed bugs and fleas and management does nothing about it!! Bed bugs wherever you turn and always getting bit. They let residents with Covid roam the building. Employees are drunk at parties. Food is awful. Activitys awful. Management awful. Solstice awful

    In the midst of new flooring or carpeting because of flooding, due to freeze… pipes broken. Seems like a long time, could’ve been finished already. No bathroom for guests, at all, totally torn to pieces in there, broken cement, toilets in middle of floor, tools, e.t.c. awful. Other than that, the sitting areas, lounge, etc, very nice. Residents are exceptionally nice to one another and guests. Just fir them alone I’ll give and extra star, but things to to get finished so they can walk those halls, not cement potholed halls!! Esp at 80 and 90 plus, with walkers! Come on OWNERS!!!! CORPORATE!!

    This place is horrible. Management is useless. I have been with out air conditioning in my bedroom for almost 2weeks now with these extremely high temperatures outside. I feel neglected and abused. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Manager is threatening me if I keep asking for help with my AC. Not to mention my dishwasher has been leaking since I moved in February

    Great place for 62 yrs old. Quiet, Clean, large sq ft apartments for the price. Great location. 1 block from Hospital & lots of restaurants to order in. Some areas under renovation currently. Will be nice. Income limits apply.

    This place holds dear to my heart. My disabled dad and his wife lived here for 3 years and I really enjoyed this apt community. It is very clean and has security access. It has a excellent work out gym. Has a full kitchen in the clubroom. They also have a small quaint library on 2nd floor. Three full laundry rooms w several washers and dryers. They have 2 or 3 restrooms in the common areas They also have a small business area w/ a computer and printer for the residents. They have weekly functions for the residents and my dad really enjoyed his stay here. I wish he would of stayed longer. Unfortunately the rent was getting more and more expensive every year. Elderly people on social security cant afford this kind of rent always raising it more and more is my only complaint..After my dad moved out he passed away a year later. I really believe he would of lasted a little longer because the move did not do him good it affected his health. So I do miss this place I used to be here every day caring for my dad . He was paralyzed and had dialysis every week. When I pass by these apts I do get teary eyed remembering how happy dad was here.

    I have lived here for three years. I would like to say that since the current management has taken over, things are much better. Management is constantly scheduling lunches, games , food bank, and movies. Maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours, or less. Numerous renovations have taken place, both outside and inside. I have found management has an open door policy and can be found in the club room, talking with the residents. I would suggest this facility to all of my friends.

    My mother and stepdad have lived here for ten years. They greatly enjoy the lifestyle. Exercise classes, singing groups, games before dinner, on-site beauty salon and of course not having to cook! Stepdad has had to move to memory care and they are very loving and care for him well. I ate dinner with them and had the richest meal I’ve had in a long time. Everything was cooked to my dietary needs and was delicious. The staff is very very kind. Families are welcome to visit anytime. There are always people and all the common areas.

    Beautiful place. However, the case manager was misleading when I toured. It’s as if she was only interested in our finances. My mom needs a place to heal after two complicated surgeries that left her in need of total care. My parents have great insurance and supplemental coverage. Initially a pleasant visit, until the finances and length of intended stay were discussed. Suddenly, they had no rooms despite learning from a CNA in my presence that three rooms had become available. The case manager quickly relented and stated the rooms would not be available to my mom because they were to be held for residents who may need them, they are priority. I felt discouraged and observed her attitude/demeanor to shift from cordial representative to condescending indifference. What a shame to misrepresent an awesome place. The location and service were ideal for my mom. The care and pleasant atmosphere were just what she needs to heal. However, I’ve researched this facility and that case manager won’t even take calls from other case managers who are attempting to send referrals. She’s a nightmare and my mom has to settle because she is blocking “certain” people from being admitted. I wish Her bosses were aware, unless they condone that type of representation. What a waste of time.

    I can not give a full review as of yet. The limited knowledge of their business would be presumptive to review completely. I think they place you in categories of service. To be in their finest living (retirement) is not simply paying for the services. There is a criteria that must be approved. This being the case it leaves you to not consider it as an end all solution. In a first look impression, I think it is a lot of pretty pictures and brochures.

The staff, in every department and at every level, are top flight, always positive, sincerely attentive and caring. Couldn’t ask for better!
