I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the apparent satisfaction of the residents. We had a lunch tour and mom really enjoyed the food. We are looking forward to mom moving in soon. I recently quit after one year of service I was hired to work two doubles a week after the new HWD Jerri and new ED Dawn Marie decided that they were going to change everyone’s schedule that I had to work a regular 4/5 work week which I cannot that is why I was hired for two double because of my Children after I expressed my concerns about my kids basically in so many words I was told owell and that I would need to figure it out. Very unprofessional and not human. I did reach out to corporate. They are running off staff and the turn over rate is terrible. Bank has now closed my mothers checking account for insufficient funds due to home taking out a thousand more then suppose too!! If only someone would return my calls!!!!By Karen Shelton (5 months ago)As usual, the check-in desk personnel were pleasant…I enjoy them. I noticed the drive in was better today, as some of the potholes have been repaired for the time being. I just hope that the Residents’ Dining Room will soon be back up and running. My cousin never came down for all meals…but he did go down for some. He was just starting to meet some people…now until that issue is solved…his socialization has been severely curtailed…and this particular challenge has been going on since IAN…he’s only been a resident since August. Unfortunately, I cannot be there regularly, more than once a week, as I have also have demands on my time that I cannot neglect. The POTHOLES were a very good start, though!By Betty G (6 months ago)

- Reviews:Bingo at Swiss Village is a very popular place with more than 100 attending every session. Bingo starts at 7:00 but you must be there by 4:30 to get a parking space. They just installed a new machine. No program with patterns to follow is the only drawback, because they change the patterns at will. Some of the crowd can be downright rude if you should talk too loudly during a session but so are the people who talk loudly. Entry price is very reasonable. It is a very nice community with a hilly environment unlike many that resemble military flat land housing. Lots of palms etc. throughout the area. The homes at Four Lakes Golf Club are well maintained. There are abundant activities offered and the community looks out for one another in a caring manner. The clubhouse has a wonderful restaurant with full bar at affordable prices. The pool is amazing and the golf course is in pristine condition. Beautiful!
We recently purchased a home in 4 Lakes. Everyone in the sales office has been nothing but encouraging and helpful! We look forward to getting to know our neighbors and enjoying all that 4 Lakes offers!

Possibly one of the nicest gated communities in polk county Florida. Homes organized, nice club house, golf course we’ll mIntained, streets are nice and adequately marked. We’ll lighted after dark. Gated with actual person at entrance.
We visited multiple communities in central Florida last month and Four Lakes was by far our favorite. Cheryl is very knowledgeable and showed us multiple homes. All the homes were well cared for and the clubhouse, pool and lake are beautiful. We’re hoping to call Four Lakes our new home in the future.
