From cleanings, to cavities, to Invisalign, I’ve felt confident every step of the way that I’m getting the very best treatment possible.   3. From checking in to paying, this practice provided a warm environment for my cleaning and dental operation. I have experienced other dental practices in this area lie about what I needed to be done to scam me. Dr. Henry and the rest of the staff thoroughly looked over my teeth, provided full explanations, and answered every question I had. I appreciate their help and recommend them to everyone I know.

  4. Dr. Kim (and the associates of Virginia Dental Center) gave me back my smile on the most important day of my life. I came into the office in a little pain, with a severe crack in my front tooth (not very eye-catching) with the two busiest weeks of my life coming up: The first being a career-making annual conference for my job, and the second being MY WEDDING! Dr. Kim listened very closely about my fears of dentistry, my experiences in the past, and he assured me he would take care of me 100% – And he DID! Not only did was he able to create a temporary cap for my front line of teeth so that I had a beautiful smile, he gave me something SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT – He gave me my confidence back. He gave me my presence back. He gave me my smile back. I will endorse this group of individuals every single time, and I never thought I would say this, but I am looking forward to my next dental visit. Truest professionals, honest, accommodating, nicest people to the core, and the best at what they do, truly. Thank you again, for giving me back my smile! It’s changed my life.

  5. I’ve had numerous problems with this practice.

    In the past, over the course of a year, my dentist here repeatedly rescheduled appointments at the last minute, often interfering with my normal work schedule.

    My invisalign treatment took at least twice as long as initially projected (from initially 6 to 8 months to 16 months), despite my compliance, possibly to continue billing insurance. Invisalign can permanently weaken teeth if done for more than a year, as is the case for me. When I asked to get access to my third and fourth phase treatment plans online, he told me to take a picture of his screen *with my phone* (i.e., not even a screenshot), which made it impossible to get a second opinion.

    And whenever I try to reschedule an appointment, even weeks in advance, the practice is so overbooked there is no availability for months. So God forbid you have something come up, even with advance notice, because there’s so little slack that you essentially can’t rebook.

    I am very happy with my experience here today. I’ve been dreading getting my wisdom teeth out for quite some time, only to find that the dentists today did not recommend I get them removed after looking at my x rays.     Had to have an emergency extraction and they stayed open 2 extra hours on a Sunday for me. ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!!! I sense moved much farther away and I STILL drive 2.5 hours to see my dentist here!!! Again, they are the best most friendly people I have ever encountered in the dental industry. They go way out of their way to take care of their patients. Very respectful and on a first name basis. Feels like going to see friends!!! I’m very thankful to have met every one here. Like most people, I hate having dental work done but they make it easier.

    These fine professionals are a breath of fresh air! They were able to see me as a new patient within an hour’s notice (before a holiday weekend) for a crown that came off. Crystal put me at ease as I have dental anxiety. Dania was great at helping with financing options for the items not covered by insurance. Dr. Mo has a warmth and kindness that I truly appreciated.     I’ve been coming here for a few years and things had been generally fine until my most recent visit this fall, when I had a billing issue. Thus begins an absolutely quixotic tale with still no resolution. The office staff has been actively unhelpful at every point of interaction with them. They literally do not respond to emails, I’ve sent at least five emails about this issue and made three phone calls. I finally paid the invoice a few weeks ago because at this point, I’d rather pay out of pocket for a cleaning than deal with this office ever again. And even still, despite follow up emails and phone calls, the office will not send a receipt for my payment or provide my dental records. I call them, they say they will, they never do. I email, they don’t respond. I’m posting this review in the hope that this will get their attention and they will finally respond to my pleas to send my payment receipt and dental records so I can leave their practice in peace. Y’all have my email, the ball is in your court.

    Misleading insurance info on their website – they only accept certain types of Aetna hopefully this can be reflected on their website and be made a part of their screening before appointments can be set. Receptionist was helpful and polite explaining this but still frustrating.
