- Reviews:Needed to be seen urgently. I was able to Schedule on line appointment. Printed out new patient paper work and arriving on time for my 8:30am appointment. Upon check in was informed I was not in the schedule. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and I was worked in. The dental tech was patient, and professional. She put me at easy. I usually get anxious and the Dentist made me feel at ease. I wish I would have paid attention to there names. Office staff was OK, but did not return 3 phone calls I made to them. I was charged for a previous visit that should have been free. Getting the insurance stuff straightened out with Coast Dental has been a uphill battle for me for several years. I learned that the previous staff had been fired’ The girl who asked me that was very pleasant, but said I could not been seen that day. My original appointment was cancelled and this was not the first time. My very last appointment had been cancelled also and it took months to get me in for my cleaning. The only reason I gave four stars, not five, is because I haven’t had the work done yet. They were able to get me in the following week. I was scheduled for 2 pm. My visits to this practice were reassuring as far as their response to my dental issue. They went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and comfortable during my visits. Dr Cole and her assistant, Rachel, worked diligently to replace my original ill fitting dentures with comfortable and beautiful new teeth. I’m now enjoying eating and smiling again. Exceptional Dentistry of Sarasota never fails at being “exceptional” , today I was an hour late due to “exceptional “ traffic!

Several people worked towards me achieving goals and professional care, which I have found to be true for almost a decade. I am grateful to have a committed team of professionals to make going to the dentist an event rather than an appointment.

I lost a crown and had a few other issues resulting from my previous dental practice . Dr Doan made room for me next day. He made me feel comfortable, his staff were exceptional, he fixed the tooth and went well beyond the repair.
