  1. We have been with Southrrn Dental for years. Love Ms. Pat. She was the only hygienist there today. She took care of me and the other patients. Loved the girls up front and the young girl that was helping Ms. Pat. Dr. Cup is the best! Always a pleasure being there.

  2. I just wanted to say that I have always had wonderful experiences at Southern Dental. However this time was not as good. The person who took my x-rays provided excellent, professional friendly service with a smile. She introduced herself, Aisha & explained what she would be doing. On the other hand, my hygienist was sort of impersonal. This was my first experience with her. She never introduced herself, So I don’t know her name. She just started cleaning. I’ve never had a hygienist who didn’t floss under my bridges, top & bottom. She flossed the top but made no attempt to floss the bottom. I was left for a period of time. She never advised me why. I assumed maybe I was waiting on the dentist but she never said so. She never advised me when she was done.

  3. I highly recommend Southern Dental Center. They made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I stepped in. They were encouraging in the best way and didn’t make me feel ashamed of my dental issues. I have severe anxiety of dental work, and they understood. They were all around an amazing office. Big thank you to them.

  4. I can’t say that I am very impressed by this office. The last time I visited was as a New Patient in 2021 and I haven’t been back solely because every single appointment I’ve made has been rescheduled by the office. One appointment was even rescheduled without my knowledge and because of my availability I had to call and reschedule. The Hygienist and Dr. were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable when I was there; however I cannot say the same for the front office staff. Ultimately I have chosen to have my Dental care performed by another office.

  5. My first visit here approximately 18 months ago was excellent. The dentist did an excellent job with my extraction. She understood my phobia with needles and made feel comfortable I never saw the needle once. The pain was minimal. My next visit was for a deep scaling. The dental hygienist was excellent. Brittney I do believe was her name.She was extremely nice, explained everything step by step. Now everything takes a turn for the worst. I’ve had 3 appointments cancelled, I was told the dentist won’t be in. This is so unprofessional. Now I’m forced to find another dentist.

    I’m not sure of the lady’s name who welcomed me to the practice, but she was very polite and friendly. Jessica was very professional and immediately made me feel comfortable! I want her go be my hygienist every time I’m due to have my teeth cleaned! I’m not sure of the lady’s name who checked me out, ,but I think it was Nicole. So friendly, and a very good representative of this practice! And Dr Alex, she was very gentle— I’m not dreading my appt next week when she does a filling on one tooth. In other words, I’m overjoyed with these professionals, and highly recommend them.

    All of the staff are professional and down-to-earth. I look forward to my visits and learn something new every visit. The care is wonderful and affordable. I have such a good time when I’m there that when I leave an appointment, I feel like I’ve just been hanging with friends with the bonus of getting a super clean mouth. 🙂 Dr. Chad is cool AF and puts up with my weird questions when I come up with them. Lucky for him, I’ve been asking my hygienist so he hasn’t had to put up with too much dipshittery the past couple visits. So glad to have found such a wonderful dentist!

    Dr.Chad and his staff are wonderful! I have severe dental anxiety and needed IV sedation for a lot of work that needed done from years of avoiding the dentist. Dr. Chad and Ms. Theresa were very helpful, caring and patient with me. I look forward to my next visit them and cannot thank them enough!

    I recently was driving through Savanah and had an urgent dental issue that was in need of immediate attention. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment at this dental office on short notice. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and cared for by Dr. David and his staff. I was really amazed by the attention and care they showed me. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of his dental office. Their willingness to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment truly made all the difference in my experience.     Omg where to start.. I had one of the best experience, from the front deck to the consultation and then unto Doc David was extraordinary. I was greeted with a bright smile and a warm welcome. I did an extraction and was scared but Doc David make sure i was ok. He even pops a few jokes to keep me smiling. I will be recommending Aspen Dental to all my friends n family… Ps.     After having to wait almost two months for an appointment, I arrived four minutes past my appointment window and initially was told I couldn’t be seen. I get it, I was late..but when you’re literally THE ONLY person in the waiting room AND you called to say you were running late, seeing me shouldn’t have even been an issue. I then proceeded to sit there and not be seen for over half an hour when I finally just got up and walked out. Thanks for wasting my morning!

    They were able to get me in even though I was a walk in. I was in severe pain and they tried to make the best of it. Insurance doesn’t kick in yet so prices are pricey . Dr and assistant were very nice & tried to make the situation better.
