  4. This gym has it all! The facilities are clean, they have lots of mat space and the instructors are very knowledgeable. Besides all of the amenities the people are the deciding factor anytime I choose a gym and everyone here is very welcoming and friendly.

  5. James, Hannah, and Brie are absolutely phenomenal individually, and collectively. There is personal investment here, y’all. Your experience matters…especially as a women. Do NOT be afraid to approach these three about any concerns or limitations you may have. As a psychotherapist, I would recommend this for management with trauma, stress, empowerment, fitness, self-worth and overall wellness. I cannot express this enough… Gracie Jiujitsu is very highly recommended.

    Was in Savannah from out of town and joined the Thursday fundamental class and Saturday open mat. The drilling was absolutely solid and I picked up some new moves. The atmosphere at the gym was super warm and friendly and I felt extremely welcome and at home. If you want to train BJJ in Savannah this is the spot. Thank you professor Sergi for having me!     Had the pleasure of training with some of the best individuals at Serg Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Fitness while visiting the area. The Head instructor was extremely welcoming , knowledgeable and a great asset to the art and community. The team here definitely delivers on a hard and fun training session. Thanks for the rolls!     Stephen let me drop in while I was in town on business and both he and his students were welcoming to me. Their location is super easy to find and really central to this historic town! He had a boxing coach working when I arrived so I watched and listened soaking up what I could. After boxing ended they went right in to light warm-up for grappling which is focused on reality-based techniques meant to work in the ring and on the streets. Coach rolled with everyone dialing up or down the resistance letting students learn the moves and then work into and back out of trouble. No mandatory uniforms and no gis so it’s hot a low cost entry and no snobbery. Super intimate gym with enough space to work and learn. The friendly atmosphere was awesome, highly recommended! Dang Uber got there so fast I didn’t get to snap a picture with the big fish but would definitely drop in again in the future and will get one then! Thank you!

    By far the friendliest and best boxing/MMA gym around! Whether you’re an aspiring professional fighter or a newcomer who wants to get in shape and avoid getting harassed or beaten up by knuckleheads, this is the gym for you. Stephen Bass has been my coach for years and he’s a walking encyclopedia of boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, judo and just about anything you’d want to learn about martial arts. A retired UFC fighter, he’s as generous with his time with newcomers as he is with regulars like me. We also have a great group of guys and girls who train consistently. Many people are nervous about going to a boxing/MMA gym because they don’t want to get hurt or embarrassed in their first few sessions. You don’t have to worry about that here. If you’ve been on the fence then there are no more excuses – come check it out, get a sweat, and have fun!

    My favorite gym in Savannah! Coach is legit and fun. Allowing for true training amongst beginners and advanced with enough freedom for sparring and a great training workout. A true home gym that feels like fam. I will miss it here after staying in the area for a month! Thanks coach!!!
